*few weeks later*
ZACH
I was in my hammock, moving the figurine Chuck gave me in my hand.
I sighed and then felt a hand on my shoulder. I saw Newt.
I looked at the figurine and a tear rolled down my cheek.
He sighed and sat next to me and pulled me closer.
He kissed my forehead and I looked at him. We kissed for a few seconds and then pulled away slowly.
We started talking about random stuff and then Thomas came over.
"Ready to trigger the curse?"
"Wait what?" Newt asked.
"He has to kill someone so he can turn into a tiger" I said.
Newt got closer to me and I put my arm around him.
"I'm ready"
"Ok let's go" I got up and gave Newt the figurine.
"Dont lose it"
"I wont" I kissed his cheek and walked to the woods with Thomas.
Then I saw a human we didnt know.
"Ok ready?"
"Mhm"
He ran over and tapped the person's shoulder. The girl looked at him and smiled a little.
"Hi" she said.
"Hi"
I walked over and stood next to him and she backed up. I gave him a stick. It was sharp.
He walked over and knelt down in front of her. Newt ran over and his eyes widened. I covered his eyes.
Then he stabbed her in the heart and she laid down. Then her eyes closed and he checked her pulse.
"Shes dead" he got up and I uncovered Newts eyes.
"Ok. Let's go"
We then walked back and we laid in the hammocks.
We continued the day with just talking to other people and playing around.
*time skip*
It was night time and we were laying in the hammocks. My arms were around Newts waist and he was asleep.
I laid my head on his chest and closed my eyes. I fell asleep.
