I was walking down the school hall when I saw Glen, my boyfriend, at his locker taking his books out.
I quickened my pace and got to his side without him noticing me.
I kissed his cheek and I could feel him tense and relaxed quickly realizing that it's me.
"Hey there beautiful, how's your day going so far?"  He asked me and kissed my cheek as well.
"It's fine I guess, Mrs. Lew embarrassed me in front of the whole class when I couldn't answer the math trigonometry equation but I don't really care, everyone hates her anyways" I said leaning on the locker next to his while he was grabbing stuff from it.
Glen and I have been dating for the past four month and our relationship has been going really fine. I've been having some weird nightmares of Glen getting killed by this weird looking man with burn scars on his face and long claw like fingernails. I didn't tell him about it cause I guess it's just nightmares.
"I'm sorry baby I know she's awful. Wanna hang out after school today if you don't have anything?" He asked me finally closing his locker and grabbing my hand, gently rubbing circles with his thumb on the back of my hand.
"I have nothing today. Anywhere specific you'd want to go?" I asked knowing that he would know a nice place to go to.

There was a warning bell and I groaned knowing I want to stay longer with my boyfriend.
"I know, me too" he said and looked around seeing that almost everyone got into their next periods.

"Get to class weirdos" the janitor said to us passing by.

"I can walk you to your class, I have music next and my teacher doesn't really care if I'm late" I said looping my arm with his and we began to walk.
"So where are you going to take me today?" I asked looking up at him and he down at me.
"It's a surprise, don't worry you'd like it" he said turning to face me and I realized that we got to his class.
"I want to know" I said with a fake pout.
He laughed and gave me a quick peck on the lips before saying 'see you later' and entering the class.
'Where are we going today?' I asked myself walking to my class.

I was leaning on Glen's car, waiting for him to come so we can head out.
I look at the doors to the school, looking for him when I felt a person beginning to kiss the back of my neck.
I chuckle and turn around to be greeted by my handsome boyfriend smiling at me. I got on my toes and kissed him on the lips, letting them linger on each other a little longer.
"You taste like cherry" he states pulling away and placing his hands on my hips.

Glen started driving and when we got far enough from the school he began playing something over the radio and opened all of the windows.

The sun has set a while ago and the city is completely lit up. Each house and apartment had at least one light coming out of its windows.
