A year had passed since the two girls had become friends, Iris had become part of the purple group, and to celebrate she cut her hair to a sort of a pixie cut, while Luna remained the same as before. Iris walks out of her final class, as she makes her way towards the dorms she sees a small circle of people. She slid past people to see what was happening, inside the ring of people was two people: one was a guy that was a bit shorter than the other, he seemed to be the one that started this fight. On the other side of the fight was no other than Luna Suzuki, she seemed to be more on the defensive side. Luna glanced around at the crowd that accumulated around her, her eyes landing on the shocked Iris. She stopped and put her arms down, giving the guy she was fighting a chance to actually hit her (since she was defending herself the whole time). Luna was knocked to the ground, the guy scoffed and left. the crowd mumbled, a few laughed, and walked away. No one but Iris was left there, she helped up her friend. To outsiders the pair looked weird together, I mean Iris was now a part of the purple group. Outsiders must be thinking, why is a person of the purple group (the 2nd most popular group in school), helping a low-life grey. The shorter girl slung the taller girl's arm around her shoulder leading the two of them towards the dorms. She plopped Luna on the side of her bed, pulling out a first aid kit from underneath. Iris seemed to be both angry and scared.

I-"Why were you fighting that guy?"

L-"..."

Iris furrowed her brows.

I-"Wait... isn't he the boyfriend of that one girl in the yellow group, what was her nameeee... oh yeah Jaden! You know that could've gotten you in trouble especially since you're a grey!"

Luna looked at the ground to her left and mumbled, tears slightly pooling in her eyes

L-"They were saying some really really awful things about you."

I-"So?! Is that really worth hurting yourself? I could've handled it myself!"

Luna sat there quietly crying as her roommate and best friend sat there yelling at her.

L-"B-but your my best friend, I-I did it for you-"

I-"I DON'T CARE!"

Luna looked in fear at the other girl, remembering her past memories of her parents. Iris scowled and she hissed-

I-"Why are you crying, you know people would be friends with you if you weren't such a crybaby."

L-"I-iris why a-are you acting like t-this?!"

Iris narrowed her eyes.

I-"I was only friends with you because I felt sorry for you, you know what I have an idea. Why do you get your fatass out of here and go cry to your other friends, oh wait, you have none."

Luna looked at the ground for a moment, then lifted her head to look at Iris. A smile was on the almost sobbing girl, Iris scowled in disgust.

L-" You could've just told me that you felt that way, I'm used to people hating me."

And with that, Luna stood up, grabbing one of her astray hoodies from the ground. As she walked out of the dorm she slid on the hoodie. Right before she moved from Iris's sight, she looked over her shoulder about to smile at her short dormate, but looked back in front of her, and frowned. When she walked away she flipped on her hood. As Luna walked down the hall, she heard faint snickering from around the corner. Her eyes narrowed. She walked to the snickering corner to find two people. One was the snickering hiena, Jaden Smith, and next to her was Kennedy Strung, her boyfriend and the same person who Luna fought. Luna hissed at the purple haired female-

L-"You!"

Jaden paused and smiled at the hooded girl, then looked back at her boyfriend.

J-"Oh look Kennedy, it's the wounded puppy and it looks like they came crawling back to us."

L-" I know you did that to her!"

Jaden looked back at the scowling blue-haired girl.

J-" I have no idea what you're talking about."

L-"Sure you don't."

J-" Ok, ok, I confess! I just wanted to have a little fun with you!"

L-"You only did this to make sure my life is a living hell."

Jaden's eyebrows went up a little at the remark, then she frowned a little.

J-"Now listen here my little wounded puppy, I don't know why you think I tolerate that kind of behavior, especially from a grey. You know what, I can help your little predicament, just join us once again and forget about her."

L-"I will never go back to that hell hole you call a group."

J-"Wow, puppy's got bite, and just so you know Kennedy nor I can reverse the effects of his power."

Jaden laughed and clung onto Kennedy's left sleeve, walking off to one of the exits. Luna scoffed and walked to the front of the building. She took off her hood and rode her bike to her usual cafe, and was greeted by a familiar face, it was Zike, Iris's ex. Iris.Luna shook her head and greeted the boy.

Z-"Oh hey Luna!"

Luna gave a weak smile.

Z-"Hey, you ok? You seem a bit down."

He studied her face for a moment.

Z-"You've been crying haven't you, your eyes are a bit red. Tell you what! Lets go sit down at a table, I'll make you a drink, free of charge. Then you can tell me what happened... I can tell it's about her..."

L-"Thank you, I deeply appreciate it."

Luna chuckled to herself.

L-"And plus it's not like I have a lot of money to spend!"

The two laughed at the remark. Zike led Luna over to a small two-person table, she sat down and told him her drink order. Luna reached in her hoodie pocket, and pulled a purple bow. As she looked at it, a look of dread spread across her face. Tears were slightly pooling in her eyes. Zike came back and placed the drink on the table and sat down across Luna.

Z-"Hey Luna I brought your drink."

Luna cleared her face and looked up.

L-"Thank you Zike..."

She took a drink from her tea.

Z-"So what happened between you two."

Luna sat there and explained what had just happened and how Iris's attitude did a complete 180.

Z-" Geez, I always knew those Jaden and Kennedy were trouble."

L-"I know that all too well..."

Zike noticed the girl holding something in her left hand.

Z-"What's that you're holding?"

L-"Oh this..."

She showed him the purple bow.

Z-"Let me guess, this was for Iris?"

Luna looked at the ground.

L-"Yeah... I was going to give it to her next week when I was going to-"

She realized that she said too much, but Zike heard every word.

Z-"You were going to do what?"

Luna mumbled the next few words.

Z-"If you don't want to tell me you don't have to."

L-"No, no, I trust you. Next week I was going to ask her to be m-my g-girlfriend."

Z-"Oh-"

?-"ZIKE! Get back to work!"

Z-"Oh sorry, I have to get back to work! See you!"

L-"Oh ok, bye!"

Luna finished up her tea and rode to her old house.
