Rishaan finds himself in the midst of another adventure that takes him to Alkapuri to catch the most dangerous person he will ever come across.

The whole room appeared shocked, and rightly so. My proclamation was bound to do so, but if there was any plausibility in my deduction we needed to act soon.
"Don't try to raise some scares with your statements," Mooney said.
"Wait, let's hear him out before you dismiss the idea," Lord Ishrafil reasoned.
"Here's what I noticed, all three bodies were lying on the floor with the bodies sprawled. All of them fell over naturally. Assuming they retained some of their mental faculties as they fall, either they would have gripped their wounds or put their hands forward to break their fall. The likelihood of them having their elbows bent would be high. If you compare the position of their arms with the estimated time of death, it matches my theory. The first body had one hand on top, and another below. Second and third had it angled more. The killer is trying to send us a message. He killed the first one at 6am, the second one at 7am, and yesterday the third one at 8am. It is precisely 8.51am now. Another person will die in nine minutes at 9am. I know it sounds far-fetched, but are you willing to take the risk?" I asked.
"We are screwed! What do we do now?" Omar asked.
"Assuming your theory is correct, it's too late to act unless we have some way to understand who the next victim is, or where to find them," Lord Ishrafil said.
"Do you have radios or loudspeakers in Alkapuri?" I asked.
"What good would that do?" Master Mooney asked.
"We can't possibly deduce the location of the next victim, but we can pass a warning to everyone to be on the lookout. And at least if everyone is alert, we stand a chance at thwarting the next attempt," I said.
"We don't have any way to broadcast, but we have something just as good," Lord Ishrafil said.
Paviraa finally spoke up, "You mean him?"
Lord Ishrafil said, "Yes, we just have a few minutes left, Omar do it now."
Omar spoke out loud, "Natsu-uncle it is urgent and imperative that you contact Lord Ishrafil."
Lord Ishrafil touched his index finger to his throat and spoke in an entirely different voice.
"My lord I am at your service".
Omar explained, "Natsu-uncle's ability is voice projection. He can talk to anyone at any place at any time through his telepathic link. Lord Ishrafil is now channeling his voice so that we can hear him as well. If you take his name and add the word urgent to it, it acts like a password to reach him."
I understood this well, Krodhaksh exhibited a similar ability and spoke to me through my mind.
Lord Ishrafil continued, "I need you to pass a message to all the citizens of Alkapuri as soon as possible. Tell everyone to find people to remain in groups or pair up with someone they trust, and remain alert for the next hour."
