The Three Stars (Draco Love Story)

New Reality

"Really?" I asked surprisingly

"Yeah...I saw you walking around with it, so I decided to read it" he said "to be honest I just wanted to impress you" he continued as he avoided eye contact

I just smiled. But then I started blushing like crazy.

"WHY IN THE BLOODY HELL AM I BLUSHING" I thought to myself

I was on my way to breakfast still trying to process last night. But then I started thinking about Cedric. God my mind was on fire. I just couldn't possibly process all of that right now.

"Hey Syd, wait up!" I heard Cedric yell from behind me as I turned around

"Sure what's up"

"Okay listen, there has been some talk that you snuck out with Draco last night, is that true?"

I froze

"What, where did you hear that"

"Some Slytherin guys saw you in the courtyard with him, he also said it was true, so is it?"

"No of course not, he's lying, nothing happened" I said while trying so hard not to burst into tears. I could always share everything with Cedric, but now that we are an us, I just can't anymore.

"Okay good, I just wanted him to hear that" Cedric said as he pointed at Draco standing not too far away from us.

I turned my head and saw Draco standing there.  I have never seen him like this. He looked full of regret, anger but most of all just... saddens. His eyes started tearing up, as he slowly tilted his head to the side. He then turned around and started walking out of the dining hall.

"Draco I didn't mean that, Draco wait" I yelled while trying to catch up with him

But I wasn't fast enough, he was already gone.

"Damn you Cedric" I yelled at him as I punched his chest and my eyes started to fill with tears.

"What did I do" he shouted "he can't just be saying stuff like that about you" he continued

"I lied dam it" I cried "it was true I was with him last night, but I didn't want you to think it meant more than what it did."

I was so angry. The Cedric I knew would never do what he just did. I lost appetite so I just went back to my room. I spent all day in my room. Pansy was out all day, so I had some peace.
But I needed to get ready for the final tournament. As mad as I was at Cedric I wouldn't miss that for the world. I got ready pretty quickly but at that point it was already time to go.

"What's with you and Cedric today" Hermione asked as we sat down on the stands

"What do you mean" I asked pretending like I didn't know what she was talking about

"Well you always mess up his hair for good luck but today you didn't even go up to talk to him" she said, "what's going on?"

I told her everything while we were waiting for the tournament to start. I was so scared to tell her because the story contained Draco who is like the only person she hates more than anything. Surprisingly she didn't even point out the Draco part.

"Look, what he did was wrong, but you guys are inseparable, you should go talk to him" she explained

But she was too late. The tournament had already started. I saw Cedric look back trying to find me in the stands. I waived and blew him a kiss. He just winked and that's when they entered the maze.

We sat there for hours. The tournament was taking too long, but I didn't mind. Hermione and I were having a great time chatting and eating some absolutely disgusting candy she bought.

Then Harry and Cedric appeared. Everyone started clapping and the music started, but then someone screamed. And everyone got around Harry and Cedric. I heard Cedricks dad scream as I rushed towards the group of people surrounding them, pushing everyone who stood in my way. Then I saw him. Cedric was there, laying on the ground, his eyes wide opened.

"No, no, no, no Cedric, Cedric" I screamed in pain as I fell on my knee's next to him.

"Cedric wake up, hey wake up, no don't leave me, NO, NO CEDRIC" I screeched as my eyes filled with tears

I wanted to scream but I didn't have the strength. I bursted into painful tears and put my head on his still warm chest , then Iwhispered:

"I love you too"
