quirk name: siren song
abilities: lure- user can manipulate their voice into luring a specific person of choice (that hears their song) into any area or trap.
drawbacks: dry voice for using it too much, loses her voice easily, and when she's crying, she can't control her quirk.
this does not follow bnha's storyline/plot! hawks is a pro hero, having had never worked undercover with the LOV.
