"Dabi," you called, walking up behind the half-burnt man in front of you. He turned around and stared emotionlessly at you, indicating a "yes?"

"When are we going to do something fun..." Toga complained from behind you.

You nodded in agreement with Toga. "I'm really bored, Dabi.."

He rolled his eyes, "You two can go start havoc or something. Never mind, it's Siren and Himiko, just go out and don't get in any trouble." You looked over at Toga and immediately took off out of the building hand in hand. Toga was actually wanted, she was caught attempting to kill several Pro Heroes at a Hero event, but she had managed to make her way out. This would mean the two of you would have to be careful enough to not get her caught.

The two of you reached far from the base and in a dark alley. "What do you want to do, Toga?" You asked, swinging her hand in yours as the two of you bounced down the alleyway. She shrugged, sipping on her not-so-secret drink.

"Dabi said that the two of us have to be very careful," she mocked.

"We don't have to listen to Dabi, that dictator."

She shrugged once more. "I don't like listening to him, but I don't feel like doing anything bad right now anyways." You nodded and leaned against one of the walls.

A voice peeked around the corner. "Well, I don't know what's going on, but I'm glad you're okay." It was an old man's voice, sounded pretty squeaky at the same time.

"Gran Torino, I'm sorry.." It was a young boy's voice this time. Toga grabbed your hand and pulled you over a dumpster.

"Don't tell me.. it's the hero killer?"

You recognized the name. It was the Hero Killer, Stain. He must've been caught. "Toga, if that vigilante's been caught, there must be so many heroes here. We need to get you out of here, and fast."

She nodded as you reached your eyes above the dumpster, looking for a sign of a clear way home, but all you saw was a blue-haired glasses boy, a fire/ice boy, and a short green boy being carried by one of the heroes. Followed by an entourage and the old man that must've been the one talking. Then you noticed Stain, tied up. It was unfortunate that at the same time you looked up, the heroes were walking past your alley. "Quiet, I sense something, or someone. I sense aura."

'Shit, when did this become hxh?' you thought to yourself, covering your head with your arms.

The voice boomed once more, but this time right behind you. A hand snaked over the dumpster and grabbed Toga from beside you, causing you to almost jump out instinctively to try and protect your best friend. "There you are," the voice sneered, pulling Toga up by her neck collar. Toga was able to squirm her way out and onto the hero's back, pulling out one of her daggers and drawing it to his neck. You still sat hidden behind the dumpster, listening to the events happening behind you. Toga could handle it, she's been a villain much more longer than you had. But what if she couldn't?

Knowing that all the attention was on Toga, you managed to sneak through the other side of the dumpster and out the alley, where you would use your quirk. With just a few notes that you let out, the heroes instantly dropped Toga and walked into your direction. You hadn't thought this far ahead. Your quirk was used strictly for luring them into traps, but you hadn't prepared any trap for them. If you were to stop, they would be back and grabbing both you and Toga.

Your quirk didn't disable their thoughts. It allowed the person(s) that it affected to keep thinking in their head, but lose control of their full body. The heroes were most likely already trying to pry free out of your quirk and figure out what to do. They were walking towards you like mindless zombies, and you had no idea what to do about it. Hopping onto the nearest high surface- which happened to be another dumpster, you glanced at Toga who was also looking around as if she had no idea what to do either. You lifted the lid of the dumpster by jumping up once more, planning to lure the people enchanted by your tune into it and closing the door. Toga seemed satisfied with the plan and watched from afar, still injured from her interaction with the hero that had grabbed her.

Before you could get even one hero inside the dumpster, you starting to hear the flapping of wings. "Hey there, Songbird. What brings you to this side of the city this fine evening?"You scowled at the man you knew was a hero. "Oh sorry, you can't really reply. If you did, I wouldn't be able to hear you." He tucked his loose hair behind his ear, revealing the earplugs that were probably blasting music right now. "Why don't you stop singing your song, Songbird? Then we can talk and have a normal conversation, alright? Or, I could.. perhaps do something to this friend of yours?" Hawks flew over to the girl you called your best friend, grabbing her the same way that the previous hero had before. You gave Hawks a glare, meaning "Let her go or you'll regret it."

"Want me to hand the little villain back safely? Stop singing, Songbird."

You scowled once more and stopped singing, instantly jumping and climbing up on the nearest streetlamp. Now you had multiple heroes and heroes-in-training chasing you, but Stain had been able to escape. The only way you could get out of this situation was the vigilante saving you or Dabi and the rest of the League coming to your rescue. "Hand Toga over, bird brain."

"No can do, kid. We've outnumbered you, you can't sing a song anymore, can you?"

"Hawks, shut your yap," another hero said. "Y/N?"

"Y/N?" Toga repeated, not knowing your real name.

"Hawks, hold the friend. Y/N, the Siren? I'm with the commission."

"I know who you are, and you're not a friend. Let me and Toga go."

"We can make a deal, Y/N. Come with us and we'll let your friend here go back to where the two of you came from. We just want to talk."

You scoffed. "As if. Taking me from my parents when I was a child, forcing me to abandon my name, forcing me to train harshly every day when I was just a child- 'we just want to talk.' Whatever."

"The kid's been with the commission before?" Hawks screamed, still not being able to head and tilting his head like a confused bird.

"Yeah," you answered for yourself.

"Y/N, if you come with us for a small chat, we'll let Toga free, and you. Just a short conversation, and it's over."

You glanced over at Toga, who was sitting in Hawks' arms, hopeless with blood oozing out of her left leg and arm. "Fine, but I want to see you let her go."

The hero nodded at the bird man and Hawks let go of the girl. Toga looked over at you with a determined look and made her way back to the LOV. A necklace with a small red thing on it floated over your head. "That's a feather, Songbird. Try to take it off a-" You pulled it off, throwing it to the side. But it made its way back around your neck. "Let me finish, kid. It'll put itself back on you. Try to run, and it'll be with you. I can control these, so theres no need to try to run away."

"Hey!" You yelled at both the hero and Hawks. "You said you'd let me go."

"Not a chance, Y/N. Your quirk is useful to the Commission and we'd like to hear how you escaped in the first place. Hawks, watch her and make sure the little Siren doesn't escape."

"Liar! Hawks, I know who you are and I've seen you. Let me go because I know that you sympathize for another going through what you went through."

He contemplated but shook his head. "No can do, Songbird. I do sympathize, especially since such a pretty little Siren has seen me before. But I have to watch you and make sure you don't cause any more trouble."

"We didn't even do anything, you bird brain. They were getting Stain, and me and Toga just happened to be in the area when it happened. Talk about a corrupted hero system."

He sighed. "Sorry kid, I'd help if I could. If it makes you feel any bett4er,
