"Hawks, I swear to god, once I get my paws on you I'm ripping your eyes out of your face.. you.. you.. dead skin cell!"

You were currently in Hawks' flat, with a quirk-stopper on your ankle. Hawks chuckled at your threat and turned around. "Dead skin cell? Come up with something better and then we can talk, okay?"

"I'm gonna kill you," you grumbled, crossing your arms. "But you're sure that Toga is alright, right?"

He nodded and smiled. "You care about that buns girl, don't you?"

"Buns? Are you trying to get me to kill you even more?"

"Oh no no Songbird, I meant her hair. If i were to compliment someone's buns, I'd-"

"Finish that sentence and I'm ripping this quirk stopper off and making you cut your wings off and jump off the building."

He shuddered, "Not my wings.." He shook his body like a dog trying to dry off in the water. "Listen kid, I want to help. You already know I went through the same thing you did, and quite honestly, I don't want to see a little birdie like you have to go through it again. Especially with that cool quirk of yours."

"You want to help?" You grumbled once more, turning the other direction.

"'Course I do. No sane person would want to see someone go through the same thing they did. Now kid, I'm trying to convince the Commission to leave you to my hands. I can reform you without all that stupid stuff."

Scowling, you tossed your head to the other side. "Reform me? Like you can."

He chuckled. "Cute. It's better than having to abandon your real name. What was it again? Y/N? Didn't you bring up the fact that you knew me earlier? Was I such a good hero that this little villain found out about me? Or perhaps you saw me in the Commission as kids?"

"As if I'm telling you. Go fry yourself, Chicken man."

"How about this, Songbird. You give me a chance to reform you, and I'll let you see Handsy, burnt guy, and Buns. Then, we'll find your family. But no escaping, and that's it."

"How do I know you're even telling the truth, you jerk? You lied to me before."

"Sorry 'bout that, kid. We were around so many other heroes and those pesky little UA kids. I won't lie to you anymore, fine?"

"You take me to see Toga, Shigaraki, and Dabi and then I'll think about it."

"No can do. As much as I'd like to see you four escape together, I would get in serious trouble. You agree now, obey my rules, and I'll take you. Thats if I am able to convince the Hero Public Safety Commission, you know, the one that organized the hero exams?"

"Tch, I have no idea what you're talking about. All I know is that they took me from my family after I saved some random people, forced me to change my name, and then I escaped. The hero exam sounds like a copycat of the cool ass Hunter Exam."

"Hunter exam?" he laughed, crossing his arms of his own. "Sounds ridiculous. But anyways, I think that if you were to comply with my actions and tell the Commission that you are willing to reform with me, then I'll get custody over you. Then, we can get you to agree to the training, and I can take you to see your little friends. Good?"

You scoffed. "Fine, but I'm not saying anything too embarrassing."

"I, Y/N L/N, agree to comply and attempt to reform with Keigo Takami, the winged hero. If I do not comply, I will be killed or locked up.." you forced out, with your hands in handcuffs in front of you. You were standing next to a very familiar bird man, who was currently trying not to laugh.

"Then thats it. I trust Hawks can reform you to the best of his ability," the unfamiliar hero nodded and walked away, leaving Hawks able to burst out into obnoxious laughter.

"You really.. said that.." he breathed out in between laughs and chuckles.

"Quiet, bird brain. Now, can I go see Toga now?"

"Not until you agree to not try to escape at any time, kid."

"Fine! I agree, now take me to see my friends."

"Impatient little Songbird. Fine, let's get going." He snapped the handcuffs off of your wrists, but making sure that the necklace was still tied around your neck. "Grab on,"

"I'm not flying with you! We're walking."

"Too bad, I have custody over you which means you listen to me, not the other way around. I can't seem to find a way to carry you though. It's not like I can carry you like I do little Tokoyami. I'm gonna hold your wrists, and you're gonna feel like you're falling, but you're not. Trust me."

You agreed with a scowl and let him grab both of your wrists. He took off into the air and so did you.

A couple minutes went by with you telling him to either A. Slow down, or B. Stop hitting the tops of buildings. There, you spotted Toga on the same alleyway the two of you were caught. Shaking free of Hawks' wrists and landing on the concrete on your feet. "Toga!"

"Siren, where have you been?" Shigaraki said, crawling out of behind the dumpster.

"Out.. anyways, I'm fine. Not thriving, but fine."

"Hey, didn't I tell you not to let go?" Hawks said as he floated down from above you with slow flaps of his wings.

"Shut it, Hawks."

"Thats not a thing I want to be hearing from my Songbird, do I?" He laughed and placed his hand on your head.

"This is no good. Not cute at all.." Toga whined, shaking her head.

Hawks floated behind you with his arms crossed, inspecting the two villains in front of you. One of them looked ready to kill, the other whining and sipping on a drink.

"Yeah, you're right. I gotta stay with this disappointment of a hero in exchange for finding my family and letting me talk to you gu-"

"Disappointment..?" He complained.

"Letting me talk to you guys. Where's Dabi?"

"He's somewhere, he left awhile ago," Shigaraki said, glaring at Hawks.

"Okay, that's enough. Let's go, Songbird. We got a lot of things to do and a lot of things to talk about." He grabbed your wrists before you could argue and floated off, forcing you to have to wave at your friends from the sky.
