5 - Rescue Mission

You and Hawks were walking around the city, having had just been at UA, learning how to deal with quirks like yours, fighting a boy named Shinso. Suddenly, you spotted a familiar little boy walking around. "Noro!" You said, catching the attention of the lost boy. "Noro, where's Mom?"

"Dunno, I'm lost. I'm scared, Y/N." He burst into tears in your arms.

"Noro, we'll find Mom, okay?"

"Y/N, I miss mommy..."

"Hey kid, we'll find her okay? This bird can fly and scout for her. One day you'll be able to help little kids just like I am, okay? Here, hold this." Hawks manipulated one of his feathers into a blade that was dull and could cause no harm. Noro grabbed it with all five of his tiny fingers and stopped crying.

"Noro, when we find Mom, you can't tell her about birdie, okay? Just say I found you." You kissed Noro's forehead as he nodded and played around with the feather.

"Y/N, I like birdie."

Three weeks had gone by since your finding of your lost baby brother. You were currently dodging Hawks' feathers that he sent flying towards you as training.

"Y/N, your phone is ringing."

You caught your phone that Hawks had just tossed you. Answering it, you recognized the voice. "Y/N, Noro's gone. I think they took him. I to-ld him not to use his quirk in public, but he did. I turned around and he was in some suited man's arms. Y/N, Noro's gone-"

"What? What do you mean 'Noro's gone?'"

"He was taken or something. Please find him, Y/N. I already lost your father and you once, I can't lose him too."

"Mom, I'll be right there. Hawks is coming with me, he'll help. Please do not yell at him or me." You quickly ended the call, grabbing Hawks by his elbow and walking over to the window. "Hawks, take us to my Mom's house. Please."

"Noro's been taken? Poor kid. Let's go."

You landed on the ground safely, with Hawks beside you. "Hey kid, if it makes you feel any better, you can take that feather off your neck. I trust you to not run off."

You shook your head. "Let's go, Birdie." Grabbing his wrist, you pulled him closer to the house.

"You wanna keep it 'round your neck? Cute."

Rolling your eyes, you opened the door, revealing your mom, who looked sleep-deprived. "Mom, when'd he go missing?"

"Three days ago,"

"Mom, I'm going to get him back. But Hawks has to help, okay?" She nodded frantically and let the two of you, the hero and the villain, take off and find Noro.

"Hawks, you think it was the Commission that took him?"

"Makes sense. We can't let the poor kid go through the same thing I did and what you almost did. Need'a find him. It's gotten a lot stricter since the two of us were in it."

"Right. We get him and get out of here."

"Hawks, listen to me. Take me to the League. They'll help, I promise." He swooped to the other side, turning to the direction he knew the LOV was located. You spotted Toga as you broke free from his hands and landed on the floor.

"Siren!" Toga called. "You're back, thats great!"

"Toga, my little brother was taken. I need your help to get him back." Turning around, you were about to call for Hawks to fly down. But he had left, seemingly towards the commission. "That idiot! Toga, we need to get to the commission and find my brother and that bird brain."

"Siren, calm down. You've made new friends! How nice!"

Dabi's voice broke in. "Siren, you're back."

"Dabi, please help me find a way to the commission. I convinced Hawks to take me here to get help but he left me here, probably to rescue Noro. He's real passionate about saving kids from what he went through. Dabi, please help."

He chuckled. "Desperate, are we? Alright, Shigaraki can get Kurogiri to make one of his warp gate. Though that still will take a while, he doesn't know the exact location of it."

"That's great, thank you, Dabi."

"There we are!" Toga excitedly squealed as you were transported to the Commission centre.

"Thank gosh," you said relieved. "Toga, can you help me over this gate without anyone noticing?" She smirked and nodded, pushing you over the large wall. There, on the other side, you signaled at the LOV to cover their ears and began to sing a simple tune. The guards and the heroes nearby came coming towards you, where the LOV could injure them. You stopped your quirk, revealing the pile of some injured heroes and some beginning to fight. "Can you guys handle this? I'm gonna go and find Hawks and Noro."

"We got this, don't worry, Siren. You got this."

"I'm comin' with you," Dabi said, dropping the hero in his arms and chasing after.

Nodding at them with a grateful smile, you hopped around, towards the main centre. Finally making it into the area, you heard yells along with Hawks' voice.

"Keigo!" You screamed, your quirk causing nearby glass objects to shatter. "Hey Mr. Wildfire, quit it!"

"Siren-" Dabi started.

"Little villain? You've stooped too far, Hawks."

Dabi reached to throw his blue flame at the person who he called his Father. Endeavor, caught off guard, accidentally spreading a red fire around the whole area, mainly a circle around hawks.

"Hawks, stay still!" You see Keigo with his wings wrapped around himself, in the middle of a ring of fire. "Endeavor, I get into this for you. But you're supporting a world where kids who are not mature enough to make their own decisions have to train and abandon themselves to become heroes. You want to support a place like this?"

"Y/N!" a little voice yelled, from inside the fire.

"Noro," Keigo said, opening his wing to reveal a small Noro wrapped in his wings.

"Hawks!" You yelled. Dabi was currently holding Endeavor off, busying him with blue fire flying around him. The fire around Hawks started to rise, to the point you couldn't see Hawks or Noro any longer. Not thinking, you hopped over the fire with a bench you had found, landing in the middle.

"Kid, take him 'nd get outta here. I'll be back. Tell Dabi to leave."

"Hawks-" You grabbed Noro out of his arms, followed by hugging Keigo with Noro still in your arms.

"A hug from the Siren? I'm honored," He quickly wrapped his wings around the two of you in a tight embrace.

"You meet me when you get out, don't forget that, bird brain."

"Promise. Now get outta here, kid. Keep Noro safe, okay? I'll deal with Endeavor."

Nodding, you leaped over the fire with a little help of Hawks. Motioning Dabi to follow you, the two of you left the Commissions with Toga, Shigaraki, and the rest of the LOV that had chosen to help.
