Glynda's POV:
Ozpin texted me early in the morning to come to his office, and to bring my riding crop.
"Somethings up."
I muttered and got changed into my normal cloths, grabbing my scroll, coffee, and riding crop I headed to Beacon tower, all the way to Ozpin's office, the very top.
As I came in, Ozpin quickly turned from looking out the window to facing me.
"Glynda, I have a mission for you. Reports of people going missing in Vale are rising, and Grimm attacks are becoming a normal thing down in Vale. I need you to try and put a stop to this.. of course I'll have Port and Oobleck come with you and substitutes will take over your classes for now,"
When Ozpin asked you to go on a mission it wasn't asking, rather telling you what was going on what you would do and who was going. I nodded.
"Of course, sir."
I said and headed straight down to Vale.

James POV:
Ozpin told me that Glynda was on a mission and wanted me to watch Jack, so I headed to her and Jack's house. I was nervous, I didn't know what Jack liked or- what he thought, and I felt bad for not knowing shit about my son.
Glynda's POV:
Me Port and Oobleck were fighting off Grimm in Vale, we had been for hours and there was still no lead on the missing people. But I suspected a couple things.
As Port and Oobleck shot fire at Ursi and Beowulf's, I shot glass like shards at griffin and death stalkers, I got distracted by someone screaming, I decided to follow the screams, but before I could turn the corner I heard something land behind me, I turned and before I could do anything, an Ursi dug it's huge paw deep into my chest, I screamed out in pain, and fell down, gasping for air and shaking.
Oobleck's POV:
That was definitely Glynda screaming, I knew that scream from well.. she she was giving birth to Jack.
Me and Port looked at eatchother worried.
"I'll get her."
I said and Port nodded, I ran to where I heard Glynda screaming. I quickly berid of the Ursi that scratched her, and I picked her up, rushing as fast as I could to the hospital deeper in Vale.
