The Vytal tournment - fight for Glynda

After a couple hours, the first day of the vytal tournament was over. Qrow had his arm on Glynda's shoulder and James held her hand, both glaring at each other. Glynda didn't seem to mind.

"I'm going to get food, anyone want anything?"

James asked, Qrow stood up straight and looked up at him

"I'll go to."

"Fine-"

James muttered, they left without anyone else saying anything, Glynda tilted her head a bit.

"They really do hate each other cause of me.."

She mumbled and sighed.

Qrow's POV:

James glared at me as we neared they food stand, I sighed.

"Stay away from her."

He said, I looked at him unannoyed.

"She's the mom to my kid, and my friend. I'm allowed to be around her"

"And I'm her boyfriend-"

"Ex- boyfriend, you two aren't officially back together, it's only been a month scene you came back with her kid.. after four years. Do you know how much she missed Jack? You wouldn't even let her go to Atlas to see him. I walked in in her crying some days."

I said, James looked down.

"I didn't want to see her-"

"This isn't about you! It's about Glynda. It's your kid and her kid. She's has a right to see him. Sometimes she told me she thought she'd never see him again, and she blamed herself. She still does, and it was your fault James! But she's to kind to hold a grudge. And your to oblivious to see that."

I said, James was silent.

"I said stay away from her-"

"And I said, I won't."

James pulled his gun out, I took my sword out.

"James.. don't do this."

I heard a voice from behind James say, a hand slowly lower his gun. I moved a bit to see Glynda behind him.

"Qrow is right.. I thought I'd never see my only son again.. and I can't hold a grudge but I feel I do deserve an apology at the least."

James turned to face her.

"Glynda.. I'm so sorry.. I never meant to leave for that long.. four years was a while. And I over reacted when I heard about Sam, I never meant to hurt you mentally or physically."

"But you did both-"

No POV:

Glynda was holding a grudge, for the first time. She didn't like doing this, but she didn't want to forgive him. He hurt her in multiple ways and kept her son from her for four years, but then she remembered something.

"I.. should be apologizing."

Her eyes widened.

"Qrow your wrong.. James hid Jack for four years.."

She started to tear up.

"I hid him for 17- and I told you we were breaking up for work reasons- I pretended to hate you for 17 years just to hide your son. I don't understand you James!"

Glynda looked up at him, wiping her tears away, but they kept running down her face.

"Glynda.."

"I don't understand- a lot about you! Or Qrow- James I left you alone for 17 years! And Qrow! I abandoned you with our daughter for 20 years?! And you two fight over me? I'm sorry but I don't know if I'm ready for another relationship.. after what happened with both of you I'm.. i'm scared. I'm not scared that you'll leave me- I'm scared I'll leave you two again! You guys don't understand that-"

Qrow looked at James

"This is all your fault-"

He swung his sword at James, James rolled out of the way and took his gun out, shooting at Qrow who blocked with his thick long sword, Glynda muttered something under her breath.

"You two!"

She used her semblance to lift them both in the air and drop their weapons.

"I said this was my fault! Can't you just accept that?"

They looked at eachother.

"He hurt you-"

Qrow said, James sighed.

"Look.. Qrow's right.. maybe you two should just.. be together."

"Are you guys not listening!"

Glynda screamed in a pissed tone, they both looked at her, people gathered around the girl lifting two people with her semblance, tears streaming down her face while she screamed at them.

"I'm. Not. Ready. For. A. Relationship. Period!"

She let them fall and stormed away, Jack and Sam running after her
