He threw four kunai knives, each one hitting the ground in front of each and one of us. He told us to then mark the tree with them to see how much we can progress when we climb the trees. I rapidly pick up the kunai with the rest of the gang and we all wait for his signal. He jumps down and limps his way out of our way. I stand quietly, waiting for the word of..

"GO!"

I move my feet and speed towards the tree in front of me, the three not far behind. I run a couple meters until I slip and fall backwards on the ground. I grunt out of frustration and stand back up and notice both Naruto and Sasuke seemed to be having a hard time.

'Where's Sakura?' I thought looking up the tree beside mine. My mouth slightly drops as I see Sakura sitting on a branch, giggling at us. Kakashi seemed impressed which only aggravated me more. I decide to stand still and focus my chakra before running so I pull my feet side by side and close my eyes, putting my hands together. I focus on the chakra in my body and aim it towards my feet.

'I can feel it.'

My eyes shot open and I run towards the tree, sprinting up the tree until I reach a branch, standing upside down on it. Kakashi looks up at me and praises my accomplishment. However, the two boys gave me a jealous look and then look at each other in a challenging way. Ugh great, now they think that they are against one another. I walk back down the tree and join Sakura who was now sitting on the ground, resting. We make small talk but all it was about was her oooh so precious Sasuke~. It got annoying after a while.

"I mean don't you just find him dreamy~? Wait..Don't answer that, he is mine!" Boredom and annoyance covered my face as I continued to watch Sasuke and Naruto fall back down to the ground.

"Oh and one time while ~Sasuke~ was sparring against Naruto he completely wipe him ou-"

"Hey Sakura..?"

I turn my head as I saw Naruto go up to Sakura, asking her for tips. He could have just asked me but I knew he had a small crush on Sakura so it didn't bother me. I never understood why he would like a girl that doesn't really care about him, but it was whatever's. As long as she didn't hurt him, then I wouldn't hurt her. She whispered back to Naruto and he smiled and nodded thanking her and ran back into his position.

I could tell Sasuke was triggered since he had no idea what was going on. Both Kakashi Sensei and Sakura decide to walk back to the house but I stay behind to make sure Naruto and Sasuke didn't do anything stupid to each other. Later on I saw as Sasuke tried to ask Naruto what Sakura had said to him.

"Not gonna tell you..."

Silence. It was that awkward and irritating silence that filled the air around us. I would lie if I said I was paying any attention to what was happening, my eyes were drooping and I was slightly falling backwards but I caught myself every time. I open my eyes after a couple of seconds and notice someone sitting across from me and so I rub my eyes and adjust the sight until they shape a certain someone with onyx eyes and raven hair.

"What seems to be the problem Sa-suke." I finish his name after yawning slightly. He shifts a bit and looks at me, a slight blush in the corners of his cheeks. I couldn't help but stare in awe.

'I have never seen him act so anxious like this..'

"huh..? I cannot hear you Sasuke you're mumbling." He closes his eyes and opens them again but this time he looks straight at me. My face begins to heat up from his boldness and I move my hands on my cheeks, careful to make sure he doesn't notice.
