Chapter 4

"Last night was crazy!" Yuna said as she finished drying up her hair. "You literally partied with Brayden all night, you forgot about us!" Lia glared. I finished putting on my favorite hoodie and wore my nike shoes. "I still hang out with you guys back at the poolside! You guys even almost pushed me down the pool. I'd be embarrassed if you guys did, I saw Chaeryeong looking at our direction that time." Speaking of Chaeryeong, she must have told Ryujin by now. "I wonder if she told Ryujin about you." Lia chuckled before putting on lipstick. "I wouldn't doubt that. They are best friends after all." I said.

"She knows that you like Ryujin?" Yuna sat next to me and giggled. "Yeah, thanks to Choi Lia." I rolled my eyes but I heard them laugh. "Just confess already! You'll never know if she likes you back." Yuna giggled as she took a stuffed toy and hugged it tight. "Wouldn't it feel good when you can hug Ryujin just like this?" Yuna hugged the toy tighter and rolled around Lia's bed.

"Yeah It would feel great to cuddle Ryujin like this." Lia joined Yuna and cuddled her in bed. I took a pillow and spanked them all hard for teasing me. "Stop! Yeji!" Lia yelled as Yuna tried to crawl out of bed. "We'll stop teasing! Stop it!" They cried as I stop spanking them with a pillow. They catch their breaths while I laugh at them. I don't like it when they tease me too much.

"You've got plans today, Yeji?" Hyunjin asked as he place down a cup of coffee for me. "Mom and Dad wants us to have a tour at their new building." I shake my head. Events like that makes me suffocate, their business partners are so plastic specially their kids. "I don't want to come. I have plans with Lia and Yuna today." He furrows his eyebrows and took a sip on his coffee. "They told me they have other plans." He could have told me to come and not ask me if I have plans. "I really didn't want to go. I'll just go to the library and study." I took a small sip at the hot coffee he gave me. "Cool, then I don't have to go too." He chuckled. We literally share the same brain cell, We both like the same stuff and hate the same shit.

"Do you want me to drop you off? Or Do you want to borrow my car?" We walk out from the café. "What would you use if I chose to borrow your car?" He shrugged and smirked. "Just drop me off." He chuckled and ruffled my hair. "Thanks, you ruined my hair." He rolled his eyes and entered his car.

"Have fun studying, even though nothing is fun with that." He opened the car door for me. "I know. I just wanted to get out of family business." I chuckled. I looked around and saw no one but someone with a scooter parked a far from us. "I'll just hang out with Felix and Minho." He looked around until his eyes widened. "Shin Ryujin!" He yelled, my gaze quickly went to Ryujin who is waving at us. "You are friends with Ryujin?" He rolled his eyes and shrugged. "Of course! I had a rap battle with her." My jaw dropped, why is the world so small? "Hey, Hyunjin! Oh hey, Yeji! Didn't see you there." She went to us smiling, I couldn't help but to smile as well. Her smile could light up the whole town, I swear. "I was just dropping off my sister, are you going to study as well?" He ruffled her hair, she slapped his hand away and chuckled. "Nah, I was just finding a place to chill. I don't know where to go before band practice so I went here instead."

"Cool, you can accompany Yeji, right? Make sure she studies well or else we'll go to the most boring event by our parents." He opened his car door and ruffled my hair as well. "Sure! I'll look out for her." He went inside his car and drove away.

"You're really going to study this Sunday? Aren't you supposed to relax?" She asked. We walk through the cobble stoned path. "I really don't have plans to study." Why am I so awkward? I feel like I'm boring her. "I'm just finding a way to escape my parents." I hear her chuckle as she puts her hands in her pocket. "It's almost lunch time. Shall we eat out?" Going out with a band member that I really like is heaven, I could hear my heart pounding. Can she hear it too? "You okay?" She suddenly stopped walking. "You went silent for a minute." I'm usually not like this. "Sorry, lot of things going on in my head." She nodded and smiled. "Relax, Yeji. How about at junior's burger?" I nod and we walk to her scooter.
