The Melody

Chapter 10

                       **Jake**
  My heart is racing. She's in my room. She's literally in my room. Anne looks at me in utter shock and disbelief.
  "You seriously fucking kidnapped her?! Jake you're so stupid!"
  "I had to Anne. She belongs to me." I say with a smile.
  "I know but you just took her. The cops will look for us after her friend makes the report!"
  I clenched my teeth n glared at her. "You have no idea how much it drove me crazy. Knowing how close she was,  seeing his arms around her, I almost killed him Anne. Now no one can touch her."
  I hear a scream from upstairs.  More specifically, my bedroom. "Sleeping beauty's awake." I look at my sister. "You gonna help me or turn me in?" She rolls her eyes n hands me the keys to the van. "The lake house in Michigan is your best bet. Unless you want the vacant house in Ohio. Just choose one n go."
  I smile and hug her tightly. "I'll call to check on you when I get there."
  I go upstairs to see Rae. I slowly open the door,  my heart beating faster. "Rae?"

                     **Rae**
  When I open my eyes I realize I wasn't in my house. The walls were blue. I go to rub my head, till I notice my arms are tied to the bed. As were my feet. I let out a scream as I try to remember what happened. I look on the nightstand n see a picture of Jake and a girl.
  The memories come flooding back. He said something about us being destined together by song, me walking away, him grabbing me, leading up to him taking me n knocking out Adam. Realizing what may happen to me puts my heart in overdrive.
  I hear footsteps. "Rae?" Jake steps in and my eyes grow wide.
