"Yua, please don't leave me," Akahiro cried as he looked over the at the girl who was attached to machines.
"She wasn't supposed to be like this until she's 21!?" Yua's mom screamed to the doctors.
"She would like you to have this note... she made me promise not tell anyone about her soon coming death when she visited on Tuesday," the doctor said, handing her the note. Yua's mom took the note and slowly opened its contents;
Hey...
I'm probably at the hospital by the time you are given this note. Don't blame the doctors, I made them promise not to tell anyone. They couldn't give me more years nor weeks. I'm happy that my last week was very fulfilling and memorable. Don't cry. I love you all and wherever you may go, I'll go with you. I'll love you and care for you unseen. I'll be watching over you. Akahiro, thank you for the moments I had. The days tick and you expect the days will keep coming. I always imagined myself growing old and wrinkled, taking care of my grandchildren, being with the love of my life. Life is so fragile and precious, unpredictable so you cherish each day given. I'm 17, I don't want to go. I've been happy and I owe that to everyone. But the control is out of my hands. Remember I love you and will always will.
Love,
Akabane YuaTears once again, started coming down. Akahiro started sobbing, while Chizu and the others tried to comfort him.
"I'm not alive cause I can't die, I'm alive because you're here. I have a reason to live," Akahiro trembled, "I'm alive because I love you. I promise." He held her hand tighter, afraid to let her go.
'beep beep beep beeeeeeep'
The heart monitor became a flatline, and the people went running for the doctors.
"Don't let her die please..," Akane cried to the doctor frantically coming in.
"Please get out of the room for a moment," one of the doctors ordered trying to get Akahiro to let go. Finally Akahiro was dragged out the room and they could hear the doctors giving her electrical shock. A few minutes later, the doctor comes out with a sour face.
"I'm sorry for your loss," the doctor whispered, "you may go see her now."
Akahiro wasted no time and burst through the door. He wanted to hold her, be with her in her moments. But before he could reach her, he black out. And all he could hear were Haruo's voice.
"He's finally awake!"
"Go get the doctor Akane."
"What's happening? Where's Yua-chan?" Akahiro thought to himself and finally opened his eyes.
"How are you feeling?" He heard Katashi ask leaning against the wall.
"Where's Yua? Is she fine? I want to go and hold her before she dies," Akahiro murmured, the people's faces paled.
"What are you talking about? Yua been dead since five years ago. And you've been in a coma for 3 months, it's February 12, her birthday today. She should be 17 today," Haruo replied as he saw Akahiro widen his eyes.
"But Yua was here just a moment ago, she was dying," Akahiro whispered, trying to hold in his tears from flowing, "Is there a person name Seiko Takahashi?" Haruo looked at Katashi confused.
"We never had a Seiko. It's always been only Chizu and Akane," Katashi replied, "Yua's been dead since the crash years ago. They found a body remember? Go get some rest." Akahiro's blood went cold. He didn't know what to do. So all of that was just a lie? It was only my imagination?

."Those special memories of you will always bring a smile to my face. If only I could have you back for just a little while. There we could sit and talk again just like we used to. You always meant very much to me and will always do. The fact that you're no longer here... will always cause me pain, but you're forever in my heart.. Until we meet Again."
