Finally, the day came for you to visit the Wizarding World for the first time ever. True, your parents were magic users, however, they grew you up like any muggle family would, besides for the occasional spell cast here and there. In the car driving to The Leaky Cauldron, you were fidgeting in your seat with excitement growing in your stomach. You couldn't believe that you were finally going to Wizarding World, moreover, you might meet Harry again.

Can you believe your luck? As soon as you walked towards the brick wall leading to Diagon Alley, you saw that messy raven-haired boy next to a giant. You kept in a squeal, instead, you chose to walk towards him and tap him on his shoulder. He spun around and as soon as he realised it was you, he pulled you into a tight hug, "F/N, I can't believe it's you!!" As you hugged him back you said, "Well unfortunately for you it is!"

You begged your parents to let you go with him and since they knew Hagrid, they let you. So they told you that they would wait for you in The Leaky Cauldron, and gave you enough money to buy your supplies. As you walked hand in hand with Harry, he told you about his summer. You followed Hagrid into Gringotts, and both you and Harry marvelled at just about everything. However, the best part was the absolutely hilarious jaw drop of Harry's when walking into his vault. You both enjoyed the new experience of going into different magical shops. Harry was staring at a Quidditch store while you were staring at (your favourite shop) (A/n- If the Quidditch store is your favourite, ignore that last bit just imagine you both looking at the same store). The long-awaited Ollivanders came to view. Your wand practically drew you towards it, it was a beautiful (your wand type) (A/N- you can find out your wand type on https://www.wizardingworld.com/ ).

Unfortunately, Harry wasn't as lucky as you were and had a hard time finding the right wand and when he finally did, it came about with a dark revelation. As you were about to leave the shop Harry was still in disbelief, "can't believe I have a wand linked to someone who killed my parents." It truly was pretty heavy a burden for an eleven-year-old and you didn't quite know what to say besides, "don't think about it too much, and the wand doesn't make the wizard, but it's what you choose to do with the wand that counts alright?" Although you had improvised that line, you were pretty proud of what you came up with as it seemed to have brightened the mood for Harry.

Lastly, you went to get your uniform. As you entered Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions, you were quickly ushered to get robes fitted for you. Although you were not aware of much in the Wizarding World, you sure knew a Malfoy when you saw one, they simply gave off an 'I rule this place' attitude. Your parents had told you about how stuck up they were when they were telling you one of their stories about their life at Hogwarts. You saw Malfoy (your theory was proven right as he introduced himself to your friend) talking to Harry although it seems that whatever he was saying didn't please Harry in the least, rather, made him seemingly uncomfortable.

Next to you was a very pale boy with raven hair and dark eyes, while waiting you decided to strike up a conversation. "Hi, my name is F/n L/n," you offered him a hand which he took, and replied, "I'm Nico Di Angelo, the brother of the boy you won't stop glaring at." Embarrassed you quickly answered, "Oh my, I do apologise... wait what he's your brother, you don't even have the same surname!" With what resembled a smile he said, "I'm adopted." Your mouth opened to an 'Oh' Before you could say anything else, he said " Well it was nice meeting you, but it seems that I need to go now. Maybe we'll see each other at school! Bye." You waved back, "The pleasure was all mine, see you!" And with that, he left the shop with his brother.

Harry told you, "That Malfoy boy was pretty stuck up, to say the least." You nodded too busy to pay much attention as you were thinking about the boy you just met. You were snapped out of your thoughts with the screeching of an owl. It was a present from Hagrid to Harry, it was then named Hedwig (Geez, what's with all the 'h's). Once you had bought everything, you returned to your parents who thanked Hagrid for looking after you. They decided to drive Harry home too. You spent the trip back chatting and expressing your excitement about going to Hogwarts.

However at the back of your head, one name kept creeping up, 'Nico'
