Snowy Day (Moxiety)

Patton's eyes fluttered open, blinking at the sudden light. He unwrapped his arms from around his boyfriend.

He pulled the curtains open and saw snow. He looked at the ground and saw at least 4 inches of snow on the ground! He went back over to his boyfriend.

"ViVi, it's snowing!" He said, pressing light kisses all over his face. Virgil giggled at that. And opened his eyes.

"What?" He asked.

"There's snow!"

"Ooh!~" Virgil said. He pulled the sheets off of himself and got up. "I'm gonna get dressed and we should go outside!"

"Yaayyy!" Patton said.

They got up and got into snow clothes.

"Let's go outside!" Patton said, bouncing on the balls of his heels.

"Yessss!" They ran outside. "Ooh, this is good snowball snow." Virgil said as Patton flopped down in the snow to make a snow angel. Virgil flopped down next to him.

After they were done with snow angels, Virgil ran off, Patton tried to follow, but suddenly was ambushed by snowballs.

"SNOWBALL WAR!" He yelled as he threw a few more.

Patton ran behind 'shelter'. He made himself a few snowballs for himself and hit Virgil with them.

This went on for a little bit until:

"I surrender!" Patton called.

"I win!" Virgil said, throwing his hands up in the air.

"Let's build a snowman!" Patton said.

"Yeah!" Virgil cheered.

They walked over to a spot with lots of snow and started rolling a huge snowball for the base. After they made the base, they ran inside and grabbed detail things. They grabbed a scarf, Janus' had that they'd accidentally left when they went on their vacation with Roman, Remus, and Logan, some carrots and some rocks.

They ran back out and started making the face with the rocks and carrots. They put on the scarf and the hat on and grabbed some sticks for his arms.

"And he's done!" Patton announced.

"Ooh, I'm going to name him Patton-Cake!" Virgil said.

"Aww!" Patton said, giving Virgil a hug and pressed a kiss to his cheek.

They ran around and played in the snow for a little while.

"It's so cold." Virgil complained.

"What if we go inside and make hot chocolate and cookies?"

"Yes! Your cookies are the best!" Virgil said.

They walked back inside. "Let's get into comfy clothes." Patton said.

"Yeah." Virgil and Patton walked to their bedroom. Virgil walked over and stole one of Patton's oversized hoodies. Patton laughed. He got one of his hoodies too, and some of his sweatpants.

Virgil got some of his shorter shorts, though the hoodie was so big on him that you couldn't see his shorts anyway.

Patton walked to the kitchen and Virgil sat on the couch and grabbed a blanket and turned on Nightmare Before Christmas.

He watched the movie as Patton made hot chocolate and cookies. He finished and brought them over to where Virgil was sitting and grabbing one side of the blankets and wrapping an arm around Virgil. Virgil snuggled into him and took one of the mugs from Patton and taking a sip of the hot chocolate. He took a bite one of the cookies.

They tasted great. The chocolate was still melty because they were fresh out of the oven. They weren't crunchy either, they were soft cookies. They had the slightest hint of cinnamon.

They snuggled together and watched movies for the rest of the day.

God, did they love snowy days.
