chapter 33

Nayeon's P.O.V.

"No matter how I picture it, it's just how it is. You are a goddess, I'm human but that does not stop me from loving you. I love you, who ever you are..."

He brushed the tears from my cheek, caressing it as he tugs strands of hair behind my ears with his other hand.

He pulled me into a warm embrace, kissing my forehead with his bunny smile not leaving in his lips.

"Jungkook...." I squinted my eyes as the morning light shines from outside. I sat up, only to find myself awake from a beautiful dream.

I dreamt of Jungkook....

"You're finally awake. Good morning sweetheart.." Jungkook's voice filled my ears, as he pecks on my forehead. He walked back to the balcony, facing the beautiful view before him as he sips on his cup of coffee, shirtless.

I stood up from the bed, walking towards him with my arms snaking around his hips. "Oh, my clingy Nayeon..." A smile curved up to his lips as he held on my hands which are still around his hip.

"Let's go inside and get breakfast, shall we?" He says, slowly pulling my hands away from him, "Jungkook, let's stay like this for now."

Let's stay like this for awhile, it's the last day I'll be holding you like this....

"So this is where we'll hike?" I questioned as I looked up to the rocky mountains. "Yes. And you know what, that mountain up there is a very interesting one..." He pointed out, while I furrowed my brows at his statement. "And why?"

"That's the mountain that leads to the heaven's door. It's a portal to your world, Nayeon." I stared at the mountain, while Jungkook continues to speak.

So that's where I'll find my way to the heavens... At exactly, 12 am midnight, I'll be leaving him as he sleeps...

"Hey Nayeon," My thoughts stopped as I heard Jungkook call my name, "W-what was that?"

"I said, you must have known about that mountain since you are a goddess  yourself." He pulled me closer towards him, "Actually no. But you shouldn't told me about it, cause now I could leave you any time for now I knew that mountain is a portal." I pretended to roll my eyes on him.

He kissed my forehead, "And will you actually leave a handsome man like me, huh?" He pulled my chin up to face him, "Of course not. I can't resist a man like you..."

Yet I have to leave you, though I don't want to...

........

The rest of the day, me and Jungkook have been just walking around the mountain hand in hand while talking about anything.

"Did you know? I never actually believed that I would meet a goddess from the heavens. And especially, having her as the girl of my dreams." Jungkook said making me blush.

"I guess I would too if I was you." I chuckled.

While walking, my mind drifted at another person.

I wonder how she is doing right now. I do hope she is okay and eventually, happy.

She is a great person and I won't deny that. She is so selfless. She just hand Jungkook to me even if she knows she will get hurt with it. As long as it is for someone's happiness, she sacrificed.
