Chapter 49

With a determined look she gives one last push. "Aaaaahhhhhhhh."
And then, after so many, many hourse, the sound of our baby's cries filled the room. "Congratulations Alpha, the Luna gave birth to a healthy baby boy." They wrap our little son in a blanket and hands him over to Madeline. "My baby boy, little Xavier Lucius ....." She looks perfect with our son. She glances over to me and smiles. "Come hold your child Alpha." Madeline hands me our son. My hands were shaking, what if I dropped him. She giggles. "Don't worry Wolfie, you won't drop him." and then finally I held my little boy in my arms. I couldn't stop smiling. Everything about him was so tiny and perfect and beautiful. I sit next to Madeline on the bed as we admire our son. "He is just perfect." I kiss his head and then my beautiful mate. "You did good Butterfly." She smiles, but I could see how tired she is. "Sleep love, I'll look after Xavier." She humms and she was fast asleep. "Well little man, you know your family is going crazy right now to meet you?" I coed.

The waiting room is packed with all of the people close to him and Madeline. They all had a worried expression locked onto their faces. Juliet, my mother in law, wouldn't stop pacing and William was desperately trying to calm her but I could see he was just as worried. "Whats with all the looks you guys?" Their head instantly followed my voice and then I see how relieved they are, but they aren't looking at me, they are looking at the bundle of joy that is cradled in my arms. I walk to Juliet and hand her the baby, "This is Xavier Lucius Black." Juliet starts to tear up. We named our son after my father and Madeline's father.  "Oh it's perfect for him, is my daughter alright?"
"Yes she just fell asleep." She relaxes and everyone holds Xavier who is still sleeping despite being handed from person to person. Austin and Max waited for their turn and lets just say Madeline was right. They look like fluffy marshmallows holding Xavier. "He is the cutest little chap!"
"My boy is handsome, not cute!" I yell at them and everyone laughs.
Max hands Xavier back to me. "I'm going back to Madeline, I'll call you guys when she wakes up." Not that it helped at all because I know they will stay here waiting for her. "Juliet you can come with me."

"Ethan you can go refresh, I'll stay here with Xavier and Maddy." I wanted to argue but the look on her face left no room for argument. "Alright I will be quick."

Helping Madeline give birth, seeing how Austin hold Xavier with the most loving look, it made me tear up.
I wanted to give him a child so bad, but I've already had three miscarriages. Nobody knows about it, I aksed him not to tell Madeline because I know how she will act. We have beein trying, but I just... Why does it hurt so much!?
I tear up and cry like a baby in the nurses break room. Why does it hurt so much? Austin and I just want a baby and I keep losing them!
Some one quickly storms in and I know who it is. He lifts me up and holds me close to him while stroking my hair. I cry into his shirt, he then holds me tighter. "Ssshhh, I know my Love, I know." He sat there with me on his lap consoling me. His grip on me never loosened. I peak up so see him smiling at me and then he sofly kiss my lips. With that one single kiss he poured all his feelings and I knew we were going to be oky.
