Yeah so it's just if Sora kissed Cora instead of Cora kissing Sora. I'm still not sure if the scene is canon or the angsty one I wrote last month is-

- One month after Her Curse -

I walked over to Lucas, feeling eyes on me as I walked. It wasn't unusual, but this time I felt strange. "Hey, Sora." Lucas said to me as I arrived, before I could find out who had been looking at me.

"Hey. How'd it go with Hailey?" I asked. Habitually, I played with the string on my bracelet. Cora had given it to me when we were younger, and I still had no idea how she'd braided it the way she did. "She forgave me...finally." Lucas said. "Well you did beat up her boyfriend." I admitted. Lucas grimaced, "Don't remind me." I rolled my eyes and giggled, looking over his shoulder at Lilian.

She tipped her head, mouthing "we still on for tonight?" I gave her a tiny nod, and she gave me a thumbs-up, before running over to Cora. Lilian was one of my closest friends, other than Lucas and Hailey, but she was also good friends with Cora, and liked helping her adjust to high school.

"Oi, don't tell me you're not paying attention again." Lucas snapped. I looked back at him. He was right, I'd been too focused on my short conversation with Lilian. "Sorry." I said. "Seriously, you sleep with too many people. Anyway, like I was saying, why do you think Hailey even likes Grey? He hasn't even known her for that long."

I patted him on the shoulder. "It's called..." And then I whispered something into his ear which made him look at me like I was crazy. I wasn't. Just experienced. "What does that have to do with anything?! She probably didn't even-"
I cut him off with a laugh, "Anything can happen." He frowned, my answer hadn't helped. "You're a jerk." Lucas said. "Only according to you. All of the other boys say I'm terrific."
"Bet you bribed them to say that."

"Maybe~" I said slyly, sticking my tongue out, before turning on my heel with a chuckle and leaving.

- That night -

Lilian's hand came dangerously close to my head, her cup titled at a precarious angle. "I swear, Lili, if you pour that tea over my head right now..." I said in a low voice. My hands were gently braiding Cora's long black hair. It was...really cute, and I honestly wanted to know how she kept her hair so soft. Because she was so close, I could smell her perfume, too. I hadn't even known she'd worn any.

It smelled like plants. I liked it.

Lilian chuckled and pulled her hand back, but the mischievous glint in her dark eyes was still there. Cora was completely still beside me, her eyes unblinking as she stared at the wall. "Can I..." Lilian began to reach towards Cora, the cup with the tea in it tilted at an angle.

A strangely startled Cora blinked quickly, and then shook her head, but only a very tiny bit. Lilian pulled her hand back, and it was exactly as I finished up the braid. "There, done." I said, smiling and pulling away, holding up my handheld mirror and giving it to her.

"It's cute." Lilian said. I felt a pang of unfamiliar jealousy, and bit my lip nervously, watching Cora's face ease into a tiny smile. Then I felt burning liquid on my arm, and yelped. "Jeez, Lilian!" I said, rubbing at the spot on my arm where the liquid was burning. "Hey, you good?" Cora asked awkwardly. Hell no I'm not! That freakin' hurt!

"Dude, relax, it's just tea." Lilian said. "Yeah, but it's freakin' hot!" I said, springing up and racing over to my bag to get a new pair of clothes that I could change into. "Meh, I've had hotter." Lilian said. "What are you, a demon from Hell?" Cora asked as I left.

As soon as I got into the bathroom, I locked the door and quickly took off my shirt, to keep the hot liquid from keeping contact with my skin for too long. Thankfully it had only gotten on my sleeve and my neck.
