Tanjiro was walking around the streets looking at all the shop glass displays to see what he should get, he then got a notification on his phone. He opened it to see a text message from his husband,

Its ok dinner will be your favorite tonight, I love you too and don’t overwork yourself

He put his phone away and continued with his shopping.

{Couple hours later}

Tanjiro POV

I was cooking (y/n)’s favorite food when I heard the door open and close, I heard familiar footsteps and felt a warm body lean on my back wrapping their hands around me. “Hey baby,” he said, “Hello love, tough day.” He nodded and went to sit at the table. I finished making the food and set them down on the table I placed myself next to (y/n). We began eating in silence, I looked over to my lover and saw eyebags under his eyes, I frowned but continued eating.

We both finished and (y/n) went to change into some comfy clothes. I sat on the bed in my pajamas and waited for (y/n), he walked in and I patted my stomach. He came and layed his head down on my stomach with his hands around me, I began to play with his hair twirling it in my fingers. “Thank you Tanjiro, for everything,” he said looking up at me, “Of course, you know you shouldn’t overwork yourself, ok?”

“Ok, oh and I got a week off next week!” He said smiling up at me, I smiled and nodded, “I’ll focus on you ok baby?” He asked me. “Ok but focus on you too! You have eyebags under your eyes so take care of yourself!” He chuckled but nodded, we layed down together just enjoying each other's warmth and company. “I love you Tanjiro,” he whispered to me, I chuckled lightly,
