10h03 - Main Mansion, the official residence of the Mafia

Y/N hasn't been around for a while. I've been staying at the mansion for a week now and everyday they set us with missions. Me and the boys have been hired to deal and take care of some business with the security or threats, while other days we just stay on the house, protecting it even if there isn't anyone here.

On my free time, I've been trying to talk to some of the people who live here, maids and all, but everyone is very quiet and shy. They don't exchange more than 3 words with me and it's been difficult. There's only one person who's been making some achievement: there's a girl who works here for a while now. I heard her mother was the previous housekeeper, but died a while ago and she took her position. She grew up here and she probably knows a lot, I've heard she's been here since the previous leader was still alive. She's young, won't talk a lot, but I've noticed she becomes very shy when around me. Maybe I can make her tell something.

On the meanwhile, I've heard the Inner Circle will be together again this week. I'll keep you updated.

Finishing the letter, I closed it into a small piece envelope and shoved in into the pocket under my dark jacket.

Glancing around the small cubicle I was working at, one of the various security houses placed around the whole perimeter of the estate, I made sure there wasn't any kind of threat around.

The fucking place was so hard to stay at unnoticed I'd started to have to get letters to my team in order to contact them.

I'd realized I wouldn't be able to contact them as soon as I'd stepped through those overly high front gates and realized how many different kinds of security circled the house. Besides the fact the mansion was surrounded by a thick forest, there were dousens of men displayed around it, on watch, drones flying around all the time, cameras all over the place, and, for my surprise, I'd heard about a "spying network", controlled by a secret computer expert, who'd instantly intercept your calls if they weren't authorized.

Thank fuck for telling me that, Jackson, before I'd called the Secret Affairs directly and dug myself my own grave.

Checking the time, I confirmed my shift was over and finally got up to leave. Shifts consisted on 4 hours lasting of watching in the cabins in the forest, in a 24h organized schedule. So as I stepped outside through the thin door, there was Yoon-Ho already, waiting up to exchange.

With a nod, I walked past him, through the thick trees.

The sun was high in the sky, no cloud in sight, even though it was still incredibly cold and had to sink my hands into the pockets of my jacket.

The contour of the Mansion buildings soon came up to the horizon, and I studied it once again, eyes squinted attentively.

I'd spent the last three weeks on that estate and still had not managed to perfectly draw the outline of the buildings and facilities surrounding it. I wasn't even sure the map which had been given to us on the first day, showing the full perimeter of the estate in a overly extended field of about 10 acres, was the real representation of the place I'd been spending my full time in.

I'd tried, countless times, to go around the gates and walls, but the security was so tight, I was yet to manage conquering it.

Honestly, I'd given up. Especially after I'd realized there was a small hole on the furthest wall in South, near which I happened to work in a cabin at Tuesdays, where I was able to meet with another agent and pass through the letters to the team.

Sounded achingly oldish, but it was the only way.

I had not seen Jimin since the day I'd arrived. Nor Y/N or Taehyung. I'd not seen anyone, besides the 30 males that formed the incredibly famous Inner Circle Protection, supposedly, the "most dangerous" and "best fighters" of the empire.
