The door opens slowly and light floods the room. My body felt weak as I sat there trembling. I wasn't scared I was absolutely frozen. This "dungeon" was away from the main building and the windows had been smashed but never replaced. The wind danced in and out between the pillars that held the roof and chilled me to the bone. The rain waited patiently within the clouds to fall. The sky was a grey wall above the world outside.
The door squeals as Andrew and several guards walk in and head towards me. I don't bother to move. I know that if I did, they would jump at the chance to hurt me even more. Andrew walks closer and grabs my face in his rough hand and pulls me to my feet. He holds me up, my legs too weak to do it themselves.
"Look at me." He declares trying to force my head to turn towards him. "Why won't you look at me H?" I open my eyes ever so slightly look at him and see he looks hurt. Why does he look hurt? He deserves to be hurt! After what he did to me, he deserves it! Wait, how was he hurt? No-one can hurt him he is after all the big boss. "H?" I look at him and find him so close to me that if I moved even slightly, we would probably have kissed. So, I made sure to stay as still as possible. The closeness of him making me feel beyond uncomfortable. I watch as his eyes stare into mine. What is he doing? What is he thinking? He drops me to the floor and starts pacing. Two of the guards stand by the door silently, also watching.
"Why don't you like me H?" I don't answer him, instead staring through him. This continues for a while, him asking questions me not answering. After long though Andrew and the guards leave, leaving me alone with only the cold draught for company. The wind whistling a melancholy tune as the dark night takes over once again.
A few days later I am still stuck in here. I have grown accustom to the cold now. The door squeals and in walks Andrew with his henchmen, who are clinging to Max and Nick. Why are they here? I start to panic. My brain running overtime. Why are they here? They are dragged in and chained to the floor just out of my reach next to each other. Panic sets in but a tiny comfort is brought at the thought that Nick and Max were sat together. I look on unable to help them feeling useless. I look up at Andrew trying to figure what is going on and what is going on in Andrews head. Once the guards and Andrew leave, I find the courage to speak.
"What's going on? What are you two doing down here?" I can't keep the panic out of my voice and curse myself because of it. Nick who is sat curled in a ball trying to comfort himself shrugs. I look at Max and he shakes his head telling me that he doesn't know either. I panic again as a thought hits me.
They are here because of me!
I sat watching the water running down the wall. I could feel myself shivering and could tell from the slight sound of chittering that the boys were freezing too. I look at Nick and see that his lips are almost blue. I see Max grabbing something from beside him and give it to Nick. From where I was, I couldn't tell what it was, but Nick smiled clearly appreciating it.
For the longest time I sat watching what I could see out of the window. Hoping that we would get to go back to our rooms. I couldn't help but feel bad with each second that past.
The door opens and Andrew's goons, the same two guards, come in and unchain me and pull me to my feet. Only then I notice Andrew standing beside the chair. I see Nick try to get up but was pulled back by Max who had a hold of his top. Max pulls it slightly on Nick's top again and holds a finger to his lips telling Nick to stay quiet. I walk forward towards the chair, feeling the electricity pulsing through it before I was even close to it. Andrew stops me just before I get to the chair.
"No. I have changed my mind. Bring the boy." Andrew looks at Nick. His goons leap into action chaining me back beside the window then unchain Nick.
"Please don't! Do whatever you want to me but please leave him alone! Please! Andrew he is your brother! Your blood! How can you do this? How can you live with yourself?" Andrew looks at me, furious.
"He is like you! That means he is a danger to society. He needs to be taught how to be normal. He like you needs to be punished." With that the guards strap Nick into the chair. Almost immediately he lets out a blood curdling scream.
