I got in my car and drove to where Derek told me he lived. It was in the middle of nowhere, perfect for sex and no one was around. I parked my car on this huge field, annoyed to be getting my only pair of "sexy going out" shoes muddy as she walked towards a small trailer and walked up a small set of stairs onto a deck and knocked on the door.

Derek opened the door and smiled and she walked in. She was wearing a black skirt and blouse and Derek just stared at her and looked up and down like he was examining her. He wanted to fuck her right there and now, but he also wanted to get to know her. He sat on a sofa and she followed and sat next to him, they talked for a while and she told him all about her cold hearted general surgeon mother who pushed her to be a surgeon too (even though deep down she wanted to be a surgeon, but wanted to be able to choose for herself) she also told him about her dad who left her when she was only five. Derek told her the story of how his dad got shot in-front of him when he was younger. Meredith looked deeply into his eyes and never wanted to stop. She shuffled towards him and started kissing him, her thighs were either side of his hips and he picked her up and took her to the bed. He unbuttoned her blouse and she took off his shirt and trousers. Derek slowly pulled down Merediths skirt and panties and then he thrusted inside of her. She moaned and he kissed her neck as she wrapped her legs around him and ran her fingers through his soft black hair.

When they were finished they sat looking at each other in a comfortable silence. It was that moment. That one moment where nothing else in the world matters. She never wanted it to end so she put her hand on his chest kissed him softly and drifted off to sleep. When she woke up she looked at the time 4:52am. She had they day off, so didn't need to worry about work. She put on one of his shirts and got up to get a glass of water. She looked out the window at the lake glistening in the early morning sun, it was stunning. She climbed back into bed and texted Cristina.

"I speant the night at Derek's, had a great time. Do you want to have drinks and catch up later?"
To Meredith's surprise, Cristina texted back almost immediately.
"drinks sounds great, see you at joe's at 8?"
"perfect."

I looked at Derek and he looked so peaceful, she put her arms around him and dosed off. She woke up to the smell off eggs and bacon. She was alone in the bed and Derek had made her breakfast, She wanderer over to the kitchen and put her arms around his waist and he said "good morning gorgeous" Meredith blushed and grinned "morning, i didn't know you cooked?" she questioned. He told her to sit down and then placed a plate in-front of her as they ate and talked. Meredith told Derek she had the day off and he said that he had called in sick so they could spend the day together. "You know, some people would call this a relationship" Derek said smiling at Meredith. She smiled back and sarcastically said "really, who?" "me" and it made her cringe to think about it but it made her feel gooey and warm inside and she smiled and kissed him.

After breakfast they decided to walk down to the lake, the sun was shining and Derek held Merediths hand and helped her down to the boat dock. She asked "no one lives around here right" and he said "yeah that's right" confused as to where this was going. she took off her shirt and pants leaving her only wearing a bra and panties and she jumped in the water and laughed playfully. She encouraged him in so he joined her, only wearing boxers and he held on to her whilst treading water. She had her arms wrapped around his neck and started kissing him, the sun made her dirty blonde hair look golden, he ran his fingers through her tresses and smiled as he kissed her.

Meredith pulled away and said "okay i'm not having sex in a lake so let's go back to the trailer before i change my mind". He gazed at her as she got out the water shivering with soaking wet hair. he wrapped a shirt around her and took her back up to the trailer.
