Poison. Poison that had killed Clarisse. Poison. Jessica didn't mean to use poison. She really didn't want to kill anyone, but she did. She killed Clarisse. She was innocent! Everyone in the arena was innocent. But, Jessica just had to pull out a poison arrow. She had infinity arrows, so it was hard. She just had to think what kind of arrow she wanted to use as she pulled it out. Because Jessica's brother was nearly dead, she pulled out a poison arrow. She was mad. Jessica was mad at herself. She excused herself, and went into the snowy forest. She didn't take anything, since she was going back to camp. Jessica found a good sized tree and climbed it. She could see nearly the entire arena. She also found a surprise, a surprise from the gods. A pegasus. Only one though. One for Jessica. She could really win. And Jessica knew how to get there. It was time to use the wings.

Pain. All Hunter could feel was pain. He had just woken up, and almost passed out again. He saw Jessica leaving, and Nico, Frank, and Hazel were with him. All he remembered before he passed out earlier was someone cutting him. Who did it? Whoever it was, Hunter was definitely going to give them a talk. Who could be that cold? Hunter would rather die than feel the pain he was going through.

"Where is Jessica?" Hunter asked weakly.

"She... Uh, went for a walk for a little, but she is coming back soon." Nico replied.

That was good. Jessica didn't leave Hunter in this condition. She just went for a walk. But why would you go for a walk, when you can get killed at any moment? Hunter didn't know, but Jessica was smart and tough.

"Oh, ok..." Hunter said. "Ugh, can I have any nectar or ambrosia? I'm hurting... Bad."

"No, no, no. We gave you a lot. If you have anymore, you will burn up." Hazel replied.

That stunk. Hunter guessed if they didn't give him anything, he would probably be a lot worse... Or dead. Hunter hurt more than he have ever had. His back was stinging and it hurt to drink water. If Hunter got up, he would be dead. Hunter was very weak, due to the blood loss and the fact that he was nearly dead. Hazel said that the only medication they had was the godly stuff, and apparently, the snow and the plants had also helped a lot too. Hunter heard a beeping sound, and soon saw the parachute. It was a simple thermos type can connected to a parachute. Frank caught it and opened it. What was it?

"What's in there, Frank?" Hunter asked curiously.

"Some type of medicine. I bet it's for you." Frank took the medicine out and a slip of paper fell out. "You got a letter from your dad, Hunter. It says 'Use the wings.' Whatever that means."

Hunter knew exactly what that meant. It was time to fly.

Annabeth was lucky. Everything was snow. Percy could melt it and control it if he and Annabeth could have a drink. Percy could also use his powers if they were in trouble. Annabeth was very lucky. Annabeth and Percy left Thalia and Tasha somewhere, but that didn't matter. Annabeth thought it was a good idea to head to the Cornucopia to find some more weapons and resources. Percy had gladly agreed. It wasn't as hard navigating through the snow anymore because about a foot of it had melted. Annabeth had a feeling what the arena would transition to. And she was in luck. Percy was on her side. What if Percy betrayed Annabeth? That wouldn't happen, would it? Annabeth couldn't think strait anymore. The games were messing with her. A lot. Percy wasn't that mean, he was sweet and caring. What would happen if it was just them two? Annabeth couldn't think about that, not yet. They were about two miles away from the Cornucopia when the canon sounded. Another tribute dead. Annabeth's own kind. How many demigods were dead now? 4. According to Annabeth, that was a lot. Too many lives taken away by other demigods. Wait, no. Too many lives taken away by the gods. Why were they doing this anyway? Annabeth hoped to find out soon. Annabeth and Percy finally reached the Cornucopia. Annabeth was surprised. She had thought no one would be in the center of the arena, but for once Annabeth was wrong. She saw a very hurt Hunter, and Hazel, Frank, and Nico were giving him some sort of medicine. It wasn't ambrosia nor nectar. It wasn't even mortal medicine. It was some kind of mix, special ordered for Hunter.
