Muffins

~3rd Person~

"Zakkk" Darryl complains, knocking on the shorter males door. "What" Zak says opening the door, leaning on the frame. "I'm bored" he dramatically sighs. Zak chuckles and looks at his friend, "And what do you want me to do about that?" He responds smirking, raising an eyebrow. "I dont know" Darryl says. Then his eyes lit up "I know! I know!" He jumps up and down. Zak chuckles. "Then was is it?" "Let's make muffins! He says and grabs Zak by his wrist and runs into the kitchen. He starts lo pulling out ingredients as Zak reads them off to him off a list. Once all of the ingredients were out, Darryl and Zak start mixing everything together. As they were adding the flour in, Zak decides it would be funny to throw some at Darryl. Darryl stops and stares Zak dead in the eyes. Zak was scared for a moment that Darryl was mad. That was until Darryl threw a fistful right in Zaks face and giggles loudly. Zak starts to laugh as well but chokes on the flour and coughing. "Oh my goodness are you okay!?" Darryl panics and rushes to get his friend water. He runs back and hands it to him, Zak gulps it down. After he done choking (Gosh Zak such an inconvenience🙄)
He starts to laugh. "Darryl you idot!" "No no Zak I'm sorry! It's not funny!" Zak just laughs more at his friend.

After they finish the muffins and put them in the oven, they get bored. "Well..What do you wanna do now?" Zak asks. "Hmm" Darryl thinks. "How about we watch a movie!" He suggests. "Sure! Zak responds running over to the couch and grabs the remote. Darryl walks over as well and sits down next to him, covering up with a blanket. Zak goes to Netflix and starts scrolling through movies. He then moves to the horror section causing Darryl to instantly start complaining. "Noooo Geppy!" He exclaims. Zak chuckles and clicks on a movie. "It won't be that bad." Darryl groans.

It was about halfway through the movie, Darryl spent half the time screaming and hiding under the blanket. A timer then goes off from the kitchen, causing both boys to jump off the couch. Zak pauses the movie and they both run into the kitchen."muffins!" Darryl said excitedly. He pulls them out of the oven and Zak instantly grabs one, taking a bite out of it. "Hot! Hot!" Zak exclaims spitting the muffin out in the trash. Darryl giggles "Zak you silly muffin!" "Oh be quiet" Zak replies, laughing. They stand in the kitchen for a few minutes, with Zak occasionally going "BOO" or "RAWR" Causing Darryl to jump everytime. "Zak you muffintop! Stop!" He said. "Muffins should be cool" Darryl says handing one to Zak. "Let's go finish our movie!" Darryl groans.

The movie was inching closer to the end when Zak feels sudden weight on his shoulder. He looks over to see Darryl peacefully asleep, snuggled up in his blanket. Zak smiles down at the boy and mutters something quietly. "I love you." He sighs and slowly pushes Darryl off his shoulder, and he falls onto the couch. Zak stands up and walks away to get Darryl a pillow and a blanket. "I love you too Muffin" Darryl says after Zak leaves, smiling.
