ever since the first one appeared magically on her bedroom she decided it would be best if she made other copies of it seeing as it could also just magically disappear as well— they have been scanning the witch book all night trying to find the transformation spell Deaton was talking about so Isabella could learn to master it
the huntress/witch was sitting on the edge of her bed with Allison and Lydia laying on it
while Isaac, who finally got better was on the floor
they each have copies of the thick grimoire searching through it silently when the werewolf huffed and threw the book on the floor beside him "this is pointless, how do we even know if it's the spell we're looking for? it's all in latin"
"every spell is in latin, Isaac" Isabella mutters not taking her eyes off her book
Allison stands up and walks towards the werewolf "come on just keep reading, it has explanations at the end on what it does" she says with a small encouraging smile
"he's right this is pointless, we've been reading all night— i think my head is about to explode..." the calavera girl tells
"don't give up, Bella we'll find it eventually, right Lydia?...Lydia? Lyd—" the argent huntress stopped upon seeing the strawberry blonde girl passed out on Isabella's bed with the grimoire sitting soundly on her chest.
Isabella's phone dinged breaking the silence and after scanning the text she stands up "our dad's have been released" she informs Allison who suddenly had a big smile on her lips
"really?"
the witch nods ushering them out "we can continue this later, or just bring your copies with you— but don't let anyone get their hands on it okay?" she says sternly pointing her fingers at Allison and Isaac who nodded obediently at her "go wake up Lydia, my dad's asking me to do something, i think your dad has something to tell you too" she tells Allison who once again nods and goes after to take the strawberry blonde girl
once they all left her house the calavera girl sends a quick text to Scott asking for an update with Kira's parents and then goes to her father's study collecting everything she was tasked to do.
Almost an hour has passed before she heard her front door open and soon her father along with sheriff Stilinski and Derek walked into the study
she gives her father a tight hug as she sees him to which Miguel Calavera quickly returned "It's okay i'm here now" he whispers to her
Isabella pulls away and sends a soft smile towards Noah as well before ushering them further inside "this is everything non-lethal i could find" she tells them as they huddled over her father's desk where every non-lethal weapon they had was layed out
"it's not a lot but we'll take all of it" Miguel nods
"what's the plan?" Noah asks the father-daughter duo
Miguel looks over at the sheriff "Our best shot right now is for Derek to try to pick up Stiles' scent at Eichen House, especially if he went through something stressful there"
"should the four of us all go to the same place?" Noah asked warrily
"well where else could he show up?" Miguel wonders
Isabella shruggs listing off all possibilities "school, hospital—"
Derek interrupts the girl gaining her attention "okay hold on, we did this already... he disappeared, we started looking for him then walked us right into a trap at the hospital"
