"Is Pony getting embarrassed" I teased as I poked him in the shoulder. "Oh shut it! You two are both annoying" I cackled at Pony's response to our teasing. "Hey! Pony! Look who's staring at you!" Pony swung his head over to Caroline's direction.
His face turned bright red, he's cute when he's nervous, He always has been. Caroline started walking in our direction, I got slightly protective, because Caroline and I have not always been on good terms.
We used to be friends when we were little, till I realized how much of a brat she was, so I blocked her out of my life. It's what I do best, blocking people out, but she had a problem with that and now we despise each other, we get in first fights often in alleys and yell at each other daily.
"Hey Ponyboy" Caroline said slyly, pony started playing with his hands, he's always done that since he was little. "Hi Caroline" he said softly, she placed her hand underneath his chin and lifted his head up to face her face.
I gritted my teeth, I don't want to admit that I was jealous of her in the moment, but I sure damn well was. Only two people knew about my secret crush on pony and that was Johnny, Sodapop and Kian. They're the only people that I actually trust to keep a secret, no one in our gang other than them can keep a secret secret.
Caroline let go of Pony's face and walked off, giving a little wink towards Pony. "Earth to Ponyboy? Are you Alive?" I asked while poking his arm. He slowly nodded no, Johnny started walking towards the school and waving at Ponyboy as he went a long, "Bye bye dead Pony!" "Yea cya later ya corpse" I added. "Hey! Wait up!" Pony chased after us.
