I groan as I hear my 6 o'clock alarm go off, it's time for another day of hell. Yayyyy... I open my eyes and let my eyes adjust to my dark room. I sigh, and turn over. "Good morning, Y/n!" Chucky cheers, scaring the absolute shit out of me. "HOLY FUCK!" I yell, falling off of my twin-sized bed. "Ow!" I groaned, rubbing my injured arm. Chucky hops off of the bed, and runs over to me frantically. "Are you okay, Y/n?" He asks, his eyes filled with concern. "Yeah, yeah.. I'm fine.." I sigh, getting up, and dusting myself off. I inspected my arm to see if there was any serious damage, but all I saw was a huge red mark. Just my luck, a huge bruise! I looked at Chucky, who still looked to be concerned, and also sad. "I'm really sorry, Y/n.." He said in a sorrowful tone, frowning. I felt a sharp pang of guilt as I heard this. I bent down on one knee, putting my hand lightly on his shoulder. He gave me a curious look as I did this. "Chucky, it's okay. You didn't mean to." I assure him, giving him a warm and compassionate smile. He gave me a curious look, his eyes flickering a purple color, then back to its original bright cyan. He then flashed a huge grin, and pulled me into a hug. I chuckled, and hugged him back. "Okay, Chucky. I need to get ready for school now." I pulled away from his embrace, and walked over to my wardrobe to search for some clothes. Once I found everything, I turned around to see Chucky staring at me. "Uh.. could you turn around please? I don't like people watching me change.." I ask awkwardly, still looking at the doll expectantly. "Okay, Y/n!" Chucky says cheerily, turning around. I let out a sigh of relief, and began to change.

"Don't forget your science book, Y/n!" Chucky says once again, handing me a hairbrush. "Chucky, this isn't my science book.." I laugh, looking around at all of the things he brought me, which was a lot to be honest. Chucky gave a discontented frown, putting the brush in the pile of other things he brought me. "I appreciate your efforts, though." I reassure him, flashing him a quick grin. He smiled back, looking at me admirably. "Anyways, I really need to get going, Chucky." I tell him, putting my backpack on. Chucky frowns once again, his eyes flashing a rather dark red, then back to cyan. "Chucky, I'll be back as soon as I can, you know that, right?" I tell him, walking over to to the door to leave. Just as I put my hand on the doorknob, I felt a tug at my sweater. I looked in the direction of the tug to see Chucky holding onto my sweater tightly, looking up at me with a very melancholic expression. "What's wrong, Chucky?" I ask him, a concerned look finding it's way onto my face. "I don't want you to leave.." Chucky states, his lip quivering. "Chucky, I'm really sorry, but I need to go.. My mom would be really mad at me if I didn't." I explained, patting the doll's head. I grabbed his hand, and removed it from my sweater. I turned the knob, and opened the door. "Stay here, okay? I'll be home soon." I tell Chucky, looking at at him one last time. He nods in response, a frown still on his face. I walked out, and shut the door behind me. I let out a rather lugubrious sigh, and began to walk downstairs in somewhat low spirits. I feel super guilty about leaving him, but he needs to understand I can't stay with him all of the time.
