Chapter 3

Lexi POV

i got out of the shower and walked over to my vanity which was by my windows. i sat down, turned on some music while brushing out my hair. i applied some product and blow dried it.

when i was done i grabbed my phone and started going through all my social media.

i heard the garage door opening so i went down stairs. i never heard my mom come in or anything so i went out the front door to see where she was and she was at the neighbors. crap, i hurried back inside before she saw me so i didn't have to go over there.

i was watching through the window behind the curtain and i saw my brother walking over there. he's home?! i haven't seen him in a month! i know that doesn't seem long but we're really close. i ran out the door not thinking about the neighbors.

me- "AARON! YOU'RE HOME!" i screamed running towards him

he turned smiling. i jumped into his arms.

aaron- " hey yeah we weren't expecting to get back this soon!" he smiled hugging me.

mom- " aaron, lexi come over here and meet our new neighbors!" i mom yelled across the yard.

aaron put me down and we headed over.

Mom- " Lexi, aaron this is Gina Dallas (the mom), Sierra Dallas (sister) and Cameron Dallas. and these are my 2 kids Lexi and Aaron we are the Woods, glad to finally have neighbors!

me and aaron- hi!"

we all ex changed hellos and us 4 kids just stood there awkwardly listening to our mom's talk. my mom was just talking about the neighborhood and Gina was talking about where they came from and why they picked here. next thing i knew my mom was inciting them over for dinner tomorrow. crap. Cameron will be in my house. great. just remember don't fall for his good looks.

me- " mom what's for dinner?"

mom- " um i was thinking we could go to town and get some pizza if that's okay i haven't grocery shopped yet. i'm doing that tomorrow after work"

me- " k. i'm going to go get ready then. it was nice meeting you guys! see you around!" i said before i ran inside.

i ran up to my room and went into my closet. inside my closet is my other dresser with my pants and everything else, and my shirts all hang in there. i grabbed a pair of shorts from American eagle and a grey v neck.

i went over to my vanity to straighten my hair and put some make up. my hair is pretty much straight, it's just the ends have a wave because it's so long. for my make up i concealed my blemishes, put matte power all over, a neutral eye shadow, liquid eye liner on top then mascara.

cam- " aren't you getting a little fancy for pizza?" he said out his window.

i jumped because he scared me.

me- " omg! why are you spying on me you creep!" i yelled closing my curtains.

i finished getting ready and headed down stairs to leave.
