║ Chapter 30 ║

It was the start of a new day again as the morning sun slowly ascends to the sky. Lights poured inside the window that had close curtains.

Laid on the bed was two people still soundly sleeping, you felt the bed shifting from beside you as your brother's arm pulled you close to him with your back press against his chest.

You and Dazai enjoyed sleeping soundly that was until your phone started ringing, which made you stir.

"Mmmmm" You groan as you were about to sit up but got stop by the arm drape around your waist, holding you back with an iron grip.

"Mmm [Y/n]~ Where you going~?" Dazai asks half asleep as he nuzzles his face on your hair, his nose immediately smelling the familiar sweet scent from your shampoo.

The ringing of your phone continues as you tried to wiggle away from your brother's hold.

"Osamuuu, someone is calling me. Let me just get my phone" You whine as Dazai just pulls you close too him.

"Nooo, lets just sleep~" Dazai replies as he continuos nuzzling his face in your hair.

You couldn't help but giggle at this as you reach your hand up to pat his head. "I already cuddled with you the whole day yesterday. Come on Osamu let go~"

Dazai pouts but reluctantly releases you as you sat up on the bed and grab your ringing phone. Not even looking who was calling as you were still half-asleep and you open your phone answering.

"Hello---"

"WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU TWO SUICIDE MANIACS AT!?!" A ferocious yell from your the other side of your phone immediately came out that made you yelp that made you wide awake.

"Kunikidaaa your too loud in the morning~" You said as you let out a yawn and rubbing your ear.

At the other side of the call Kunikida clicks his tongue in annoyance as he couldn't help but lightly blush to hear your morning voice. But his flustered face quickly turned into annoyance when he hears your brother's voice.

"Oh~? Is that Kunikida [Y/n]?"

"Yep~! Anyways we'll be heading there soon Kunikida~" You replied as Dazai sat up and hug you from behind while purposely saying loudly.

"Awww but I still want to go back to bed with you [Y/n]~!!" Dazai whines as he place his head on your shoulder with a pout on his lips, all the while smirking on the inside as he glances down at your phone.

Kunikida who heard this, grit his teeth as he almost crushed his phone his hands.

"Come on now Osamu wakey wakey~. I want to meet the new member Kyoka~" Kunikida hears you from the phone as he couldn't help but pop a vain.

"ENOUGH AND GET READY YOU MORONS! YOU TWO BETTER BE HERE IN 20 MINUTES!!!" Kunikida shouts as his phone before ending the call and roughly shoving it inside his pocket.

When the both of you arrived at the Agency, Kunikida had strangled both of you while giving you two an earful while questioning both of your absences in the last 2 days.

Your brother just smiled unfazed as he answers the raging blonde's question while you were busy being flustered obviously enjoying the fact that Kunikida's large hand was wrapped around your neck.

Anyways, after all that commotion you two sat down on your desks while your head laid on your brothers shoulder still in a daze as he was reading the suicide book on his hand.

The slamming of the door made you snap out as you turn your head to see Atsushi with the girl that kidnapped both you and your brother.

"WHY ARE THE TWO OF US ROOM MATES!?!" The tiger shifter shouted as he entered and quickly sat on his desk and look over to you guys.

Your eyes sparkles in delight as you quickly stood up and race towards Kyoka while picking her up in your hands.

"Ooooh~! Is she our new member~!? She's so cute~!" You let out as Kyoka was a bit startled but marvels at your beauty.

You continued to gush over her as Atsushi sweatdrops, Kunikida shaking his head as Dazai chuckles. To there surprise, Kyoka latches her arms around your neck as she gave you a hug. You squeal and hug her back as Dazai thn turns to Atsushi and answers his question.

"We just don't have anymore space" Dazai says as Atsushi sighs heavily.

"Seriously?"

"She was happy to do it" Dazai added as Kyoka looks over to them while still latching to you which you don't mind.

"Ordered to" she spoke up softly that made you gush at how she sounds so cute and walk over to Atsushi as you set her back down on her feet.

Kyoka who had somehow quickly taken a liking to you, latches on your waist as you pat her head with a smile and turn to Atsushi.

"You understand right Atsu-chan~?" You asks as the tiger boy gave you a confuse face. "Not really..."

Dazai then ushers him closer as he whispered "Well the poor girl has no family, she's all alone in the world. The Port Mafia might send assassins after her"

A look of realization hits Atsushi as youpat Kyoka's head who nuzzles at you.

"That's true..."

"So you must protect her okay Atsu-chan~?" You said as Atsushi stood up "I understand! I'll do my best!"

Atsushi then walks back to his desk as Kyoka gave you a hug and follows him as both of yours and Dazai's serious face contorts into a cheeky one.

"Instead of messing with Atsushi, why don't you two write up both of your report being captured Dazai, [Y/n]"

An idea pops in both of your minds as you and Dazai shared a look and turn back towards Atsushi who was o his laptop.

"Atsushi"

"Atsu-chan"

"Yes!?" Atsushi answers as he looks at you two.

"We want you to write a report for us" Both you and Dazai chorused.

Atsushi's face contorts into confusion as you chuckle and sat back on your seat as Dazai leans back on his.

"It's going to be all about the person that place a bounty on your head"

Both Atsushi and Kunikida perks up at this as Atsushi looks at you two.

"You two know who that is??"

You then pulled a USB drive out of your pocket as you showed it to them "Going off the Port Mafia's records, it looks like it was a leader from an American organization of the gifted called the Guild."

"I though they were just an Urban Legend? It said that their members hold key positions in finance, politics, and the military. Allowing them to utilize their vast influences on various purposes. What would a group like that want with Atsushi?" Kunikida asks.

"Maybe because he's a cute little kitty~?" You smiled teasingly as you face Atsushi who turns red as Kunikida and Dazai deadpans.

'How can a tiger be even classified as a cute little kitty?'

Suddenly a sound of a helicopter from the distant sounded out as it all catches your attentions as Tanzaki quickly bursts into the room.

"You've all got to see this!!"

The helicopter grew closer as it landed on the middle of a road as you all rushed at the rooftop of the agency looking over at the helicopter where you all spotted three persons emerges.

"Guess our report will have to wait" Dazai stated as you shug your shoulders smiling

"Seems like we have unexpected visitors~"
