My tears passed through my cheeks and landed on my neck. My head and chin throbbed in pain. My throat was dry and my breaths came out rough. My legs and hands drained, out of strength. I cried and cried until I ran out of tears. I didn't know what to do. I had no one who could help me, I couldn't even reach Yura. And that's when it hit me.

Why am I so frightened?

The gangs are over in Seoul, I can get help from any police. Then why am I waiting for Yura to respond? All I need to do is dial 112 and that's all. But I need to talk to Yura personally. It doesn't matter if I do not like her for how she played mind games with me, she is the only one who could protect me from Suga right now. I know other police could do the same but I just needed to talk to her, she knew the matter perfectly, she will guide me the best. Nonetheless, I decided to go to the police station.

I gathered myself and went inside the bedroom, relieved to see Minjoon sleeping soundly. Unbothered. Oblivion of what just happened in this house and what is coming for us. I smiled and looked in the mirror before rushing to wash my face and comb my hair, trying to look presentable. Just when I put my car keys and mobile in my purse, the doorbell rang again.

My heart sank.

What does he want from me, now?

Slowly making my way towards the door, trying to make no noise. I peeked through the peephole, only to see Eunwo standing there looking down on his phone. Relief washed over me. I opened the door and let him in.

"The food is in the fridge. Snacks are on the cabinet. The toys–"

"–are in his favorite room. He likes to have juice in the evening and play in the park but no outings today, etc etc. I know everything, Hana. You repeated these multiple times." He said, mocking me. But when I started nodding my head worriedly, looking lost, instead of chuckling, he continued. "Why are you so worried? What's bothering you? Please tell me." He reached his hand out probably to hold my hand. His eyes, full of concern. I spoke up immediately.

"I will tell you everything when I come back. Do not open the door or windows till I come. Do not let anyone in and out. You get that?"

"Yes." He stopped coming forward and sighed.

"Thanks. Bye."

"Take care." He shouted behind me while I hurried down the hallway towards the lift.

I stepped on breaks rather too hard. I stepped out of my car and dashed into the police station. "Where can I meet Chief Yura?" I asked, my voice out of breath. The tough-looking middle-aged woman looked at me with a look that said are you crazy, from behind the counter. Probably because Yura is on a high post and she is not someone you can meet so randomly. "I'm Hana, a friend." I cringed at the last two words but I didn't regret saying them when I saw her eyes glinting in recognition.

"She is not at work today, let me connect you to her." She reasoned, which was actually very strange as today is a working day and Yura is that kind of woman who never takes days off and arrives at work before time even if it's her first day of period.

"Yes, here you go." My bipolar self came back to reality when the lady handed the phone towards my direction. I hurriedly placed it on my ear and spoke up. "He is back." I said without exchanging any greetings.

"Who?"

"Suga is back."

"What are you talking about this can't–"

"I don't know how is this possible, but he came back." The silence on the other side signaled me to go on. "He sent me a note yesterday then met Minjoon outside his school today, and came to my house today. I saw him with my own two eyes, Yura, I'm not joking."
