I stood there. In front of the massive gate that leads to the same hell, I was so happy to be out of. Minus the fact that I was not exactly very happy when I was out of it until I got back to America and got my ass slapped by those therapists.

Wait. This sounded better in my head.

But it still is in my head.

The fuck I'm already losing my mind and I haven't even stepped inside yet. Okay Hana, take a deep breath and just walk in.

I raised my hand to ring the bell but stopped. My fingers lingered over the button. I just can't.

I can't. Knowing that Suga hates me now. Back then, things were different. He had his powers and he only needed love, which he eventually found. In me. The gang members used to like me or at least fake it, for the sake of Suga. But they ain't gonna respect me now. Because now, things are different, totally different. I'm officially a betrayer and not an ordinary betrayer. I'm that betrayer which caused him not just career damage but also emotional. Oh God, this is the moment I knew I fucked up and urgh. And now that I have Minjoon, things are like upside-down different. I need to protect him. I can't let him be exposed to the dangerous world Suga lives in. It was so much better when he was dead. Yeah, more like, I thought he was dead.

I sound so mean what the fuck.

It's like, I broke the glass and somehow got away with it without getting beaten up to a mashed potato by my mom. But after a week, she finds out because my little cousin crawled over it. This makes the damage triple fold and now I will not end up as a mashed potato but as a dead goat.

What the fuck is happening to me. God, I shouldn't have watched friends on the last peaceful night I had. My almost sore hand forced me to ring the bell. Now you would ask why my hand is sore, it's because I'm holding a sleeping Minjoon.

Oh how much I envy his oblivion state. And how much I wanna switch places with him.

Some huge white guy opened the door and surprisingly he let me in without asking any questions. Guess, Suga instructed him beforehand. Whatever it is, I guess his security system and of course, his bodyguards upgraded so much. And his living standard too, I realized this the moment I stepped into the same huge mansion. Guess the only thing that's the same is...the walls, maybe.

The house was totally changed. Just like my position in this house.

The house had a personality, unlike the last time. The walls were decorated with paintings and huge vases with expensive-looking colored grass in them. The hallway alone was decorated a lot, I can't wait to see the other rooms.

The house was no longer quiet and dead. It was alive with lights and people. I heard some people talking and… did I hear someone laughing? A female laugh. In fact, the same feminine female laugh. I instantly knew who it belonged to.

IU.

She is alive and happy.

My legs moved on their own and I found myself almost jogging to the common room. I almost didn't believe my eyes when I saw everyone sitting there, talking to each other like normal people. IU sat on the couch, ever so gracefully, dressed in a girly plain yellow sundress with a red velvet belt hugging her waist. I saw two new faces. These new girls sat beside IU, I didn't bother looking at them, I was too focused on the people I missed. Jimin sat on the couch waving his hand on something Taehyung said and started saying something, on which Jhope started adding things. Taehyung laughed and shook his head and started saying something in his defense. They all were talking so loudly to get themselves heard. Namjoon and Jin were just laughing so hard, leaning more and more into the couch. A smile crawled over my lips by the sight in front of me. My small dysfunctional family was happy in this twisted world.
