"So cheers to that ladies and gentlemen..." The awkward tall brunette with bangs who was the smaller bride's best friend wholeheartedly said, raising her glass for a toast.

"And to our lovely couple, congratulations!" Lisa ended her speech before downing her champagne in one go.

"Now it's time for my girlfriend to give her speech as well." Lisa chuckled, assisting her girlfriend towards the stage and giving her the microphone.

"Good afternoon everyone, I am Jisoo Kim. The friend of both, though I am the best friend of that tall blonde nerd." Jisoo laugh, covering her mouth with her palms.

The two woman looked at Jisoo with full attention, with Jennie laughing a little at Rosie's expression... Almost crying.

"Hey..." Jennie softly whispered, wiping the cheek of her bride.

"I'm just so happy." Rosie smiled at her warmly, pulling her to her side.

"In college, Jennie Kim was a common name. You can hear murmurs and rumors about her, in fact, Patten University will never be Patten University without a Jennie Kim." Jisoo raised her finger, and making the guests laugh.

"Seriously, it's crazy actually. I've known who Jennie Kim was, she was this small bad ass girl who looks stunning and hot but looks cute and softer than marshmallows when she laughs..."

"Hey, that's my wife!" Rosie pouted playfully, possessive of her new wife.

"I know, I know, and trust me I'm happily in love too so calm your ass." The maid of honor rolled her eyes, making the rest laugh again.

"See, this is what Lisa and I are talking about, Roseanne is so whipped for Jennie."

"But back to my speech, please don't interrupt me this time." Jisoo glared at Rosie, making Jennie burst out laughing.

"I mean who wouldn't like Jennie right? Jennie Kim is beautiful, a Dean's Lister, the girl's football captain, an MVP, can sing for the love of God and the list goes on and on and on. Eventually she would be popular at school, because she's almost perfect."

"But nobody knew who the real Jennie was, but when her and Roseanne got together, I saw a glimpse of who she truly is. She's emotional, short tempered, a little insecure but a faithful, faithful lover. She's once in a lifetime Rosé, and I am saying this because it's true and that you're my best friend. Don't let this one go because you've been really really blessed with this one."

"I remember Jennie praying every night as Roseanne was lying comatose, she patiently waited for her to wake up. Her routine for two weeks straight was to go to school then go to the hospital right after, I remember her punching Gregory so hard that it left the whole room shocked, with the police officers panicking when that asshole lose consciousness from the impact of her little fist."

"Lisa and I were scared. Jennie was never angry, sure she was always pissed or annoyed, but her level of understanding is out of this world hence why she rarely gets mad." Jisoo looked at Jennie's shy face, while Roseanne's eyes shot wide open. This was a confession that Roseanne never knew about.

"But at that moment she was fuming mad, her face was so red that if it weren't for the circumstances at hand, I would find her face comical. Jennie even brought twelve lawyers from two different law firms just to make sure that Greg rots in jail, and that's the moment I knew that Jennie was indeed very serious with Rosé, that this isn't just some college relationship that wore out after graduation, and for that I am truly thankful. I know I can trust you with taking care and protecting my best friend." Jisoo looked at the small brunette who was cuddling beside Roseanne's, Jennie mouthed the words; "Always" and then the maid of honor continued.
