Broken-Barry Allen

Chpt.2

Caitlin POV
I heard a knock on the door and I finished getting ready. I grabbed my purse and went to open the door. There I saw Barry. He was so handsome he has a nice blazer on and his eyes were a beautiful shade of green. His hair swaying just the right way. He was amazing.
3rd Person
"This looks like the place" said Barry as he stopped the car and put it in park.
"Wow this place is crowded." Caitlin said kinda worried.
"Here I'll go check how long got wait is and I'll leave the car on...be right back"said Barry as he went to the front desk.
Barry POV
As I was walking up to the front desk I walked past so many people waiting in line. I got to the desk and asked.
"Hello sir how long is the wait for a table of 2"

"1 hour and 30 minutes sir. I suggest someplace else if you are very hungry."

"Alright thanks." I said feeling awful. My first date and we can't even get into the restaurant. I had head full of worry as I walked back to the car. Maybe she will think I was lying and that I said we could go in because I can't pay for it?Maybe she'll want to go home? Maybe she thinks Im boring?
"I have some bad news Cait" I said. Then I realized I called her Cait we've literally only known each other for 20 minutes.
"Oh I'm sorry for calling you Cait."

"It's ok just because your so cute I'll let you call me that."
I blushed. She thinks I'm cute! This is awesome!

"What now Mr.Allen, I'm thinking the fair."

I smile grew on my face as I agreed "The fair sounds perfect!".
Caitlin POV
After Barry came back I was pretty sad we couldn't eat at the new place but then I had an idea. The fair just opened and we would have lots more fun there then sitting down at a boring restaurant. On the car ride there I wanted to ask him a few questions.
"So Barry tell me some stuff about you. Like what's you favorite color that kind of stuff."

"Mmm let me think.... my favorite color is Red and I love Superman." Said Barry

"Now your turn Cait"

"My favorite color is blue and I love winter." I said. We eventually got to the fair. Once we got out of the car we went to the food stand to get some churros and pizza.

"Thanks for the food Barr. Is it ok if I call you that?" I said

"Of course, Cait" he said. We both smiled and looked up at the stars. Which then drifted to us looking at each other.

"It's so beautiful out tonight don't you think" Barry said in a sweet voice.

"It's lovely, oh look there's a Ferris wheel wanna ride it?"

"Totally"
Barry grabbed my hand and we walked to the ticket stand.

"Two tickets for the Ferris wheel please!" I said super excitingly

"Cait look let's get the green cart it looks super cool."
I obviously agreed because he would give me an excuse to start up a convo about eye color. Because then I could stare into his eyes with it being weird. He was so adorable.
*time skip*
"So Barry Cisco said you work for the CCPD what do you do?"

"Well I'm a CSI."
Whoa he loves science too!

"What about you? Cisco told me you moved her from keystone city to work at Mercury Labs. What did you do back in keystone?"Barry asked me.

"Well I was a reporter and after a while so knew it wasn't the right job for me. I always loved science so working at a lab was my dream. That's why I moved back here."

"Sounds awesome I guess that's another thing we have in common." He smiled at me. Then as we got to the top of the Ferris wheel I rested my head on his shoulder and we looked over the city and just enjoyed the moment.
