tsukishima and y/n made their way to the train station and waited for keiji to arrive. they sat on the nearest bench and neither of them decided to break the silence for minutes.

but not too soon, y/n's phone suddenly vibrated.

thank you, y/n. i'll be there in 10 minutes, see you.

05:18 PM
y/n
see you!!

y/n immediately furrowed her eyebrows at tsukishima when her conversation with keiji ended.

he raised an eyebrow and frowned at her. "y/n, stop staring."

"why are you so quiet?" y/n asked.

"because i find you annoying when you talk too much, i'd rather not be the cause," he giggled sarcastically while y/n's eyes twitched in annoyance.

she looked away and avoided his face.
"i won't take it back. it was true." he added, making sure y/n would get pissed.

"why the fuc—what are you doing?" y/n commented while she watched tsukishima search his bag.
"none of your business," he remarked.

"okay then, i don't really care about you anyway," y/n said, rolling her eyes.

tsukishima looked at her in digust. "i never asked!!!!" he replied while y/n glared at him.

"i seriously hate you now."
"yeah same."

"so annoying..." y/n mumbled to herself while she harshly unlocked her phone.

"y/n, come here for a second. i'll give you something." tsukishima said but y/n did not respond.

he sighed and tapped her shoulders. "i was only kidding earlier, idiot. don't get so grumpy about it, okay? i'm sorry."

"what do you want now?" y/n glared at him but was suddenly weirded out after seeing the object tsukishima was holding.

"what... is this?" she asked as she accepted the white-colored notebook from his hands.

tsukki only stared at her, and disregarded her question.

she scanned the cover of the notebook. it was a simple drawing—probably tsukishima's.
it had a simple sketch of two silhouettes, the other one was carrying the other, everything was definitely beautifully drawn.

y/n was about to ask the reason behind the art but she didn't continue, probably because she thought tsukishima won't respond to her again.

she opened the first page and noticed a neat handwriting imprinted on it.
