As weeks went by, I healed Thomas many times after his attempts to pull Rick's tail, I progressed in music deciding that if I should ever go to a college, not far of course, I would major in aiding those who are injured and minoring in music. Every day before school, I would climb the tallest tree to see the sunrise paint the colors once more. "Thank you father," I whispered a secret smile creeping upon my face, "thank you for the possibility to save Markus so I can see my sisters lighten up again; thank you for the dagger that freed his soul so it would never belong to Loki, and hopefully never again. Thank you for giving me a place to call home and for Thomas to grow up with me and with his new founded family. I wish to speak to you again soon, perhaps you can extend on my abilities and aid me?" I climbed down the tree, carefully making sure I hit the jade green grass in a soft landing.

"Caroline," St. Paul appeared behind her, "it is so good to see you, my young girl. I heard your thank you's and all I must say is you're certainly welcome. If there is one thing I learned before the time I was a saint is you must have leave space for any possibility. If you give up so soon on the chances you were given, then the point to living and adventure is none. Possibilities are meant to be nerve-wracking and sometimes impossible to understand. Possibilities are the foundation of who we are. We do not go around and say 'I will catch twenty fish today' however on the contrary 'I might have the possibility to catch twenty fish today'. If we expect too much out of life than the correct amount, then defeat would be overbearing and slowly we would cause harm to ourselves and one another."

"Do you think they will be successful in this procedure of events?" I asked cautiously.

"I am not an oracle, just a saint. However, I can see Mary excelling for simply who she is. You mustn't undermine those younger than you, instead make sure they exceed every possibility they can accomplish. Mary has been through so many realms that if she can't figure this out, then there is a good possibility nobody else will."

"How did you know I would have use for the dagger, if you cannot see what the future can hold?"

"I kept a close eye on you, making myself aware of what I could do to help you. You are not like my other children who believe they can run the heavens for themselves; you, on the other hand, have a fair heart filled with compassion and care. You allow others to see that you have weaknesses but it does not define who you are. Mary and Thomas are lucky to have you as their big sister. As Thomas grows so will his affinity, you my dear must help in every way possible. Family is special because there are so many kinds. You my dear, have multiple families however I believe that what you consider family is always going to be just those two until it is time to expand. Seeing Loki with that knife, knowing what he could possibly do with it frightened me and therefore I sent you a gift. A dagger with multiple abilities once you earn them. I knew the cost of Loki's spell so I took a chance and made sure you could possibly save him not in body but in spirit. My dear, I did not bless you with this ability for no reason," he said in a controlled tone, "It's the fact that you have a kind heart and are willing to help others since you were an infant is what made me give you this ability." He looked at a watch and sighed. "I must go now love. Do well in school and I will keep in contact," and with those final words he was off.

"I can't decide what the right decision is, let alone heal as many as he claims," I quietly said to myself. The task seems difficult and rather unpredictable so much so that it's dangerous to tempt with. I take out my new dagger, examining the details on the hilt admiring the blend of gold and rubies.

"Earn the power of the dagger? How will I know when I achieved the task? Would it allow me to see where Mary's whereabouts remain? I headed toward the school again and saw Thomas walking around on his cute little stubby legs. I saw him laugh at Rick, who was babysitting for an hour, because of him rolling in the dirt until he saw me heading there direction.

"Care - Care! I miss you so much!" He screamed with delight running towards me, a wide smile across his face.

"Come on you goofy boy, let's get you back to your half sisters and brothers" I said smiling at him. After I delivered a tired, grumpy baby to Lucifer's cabin, I returned to my bedchamber where I discovered an old fashioned envelope scripted in my name:

"Caroline child.

I fear the worst of possibilities for you to endure. Loki is still roaming around, disguised so I inform you to be on the lookout for him, my daughter.

Dad"

I rapidly close the scroll and leave to the falls to think on the information just provided to me however an abrupt encounter startles me speechless.

"Hello Caroline," A voice said from the shadows, "may I see my son Thomas please?"

"Lucifer," I said with a sharp inhale.
