Calling Jack

Chapter 1

In The Barn
Amy and Ty are kissing in the barn when Jack walks in.
"Ahem." Jack said, clearing his throat.
Amy and Ty jump away from each other.
"Uh we-we're just um..." started Ty unsure of what to say.
"Doing night check," Amy Said nervously.
"Is that what you call that? You should go say hi to your guest. I need to have a word with your couch," Said Jack.
Amy leaves the barn.
"Jack, Amy and I were just... I, was..." Ty sturded unsure of what to say.
"That's not where I'm going here. Although...well after that meeting we had with are friend Clint I realize your probation is up and all and that means you'll be head back home. With your mom and stepdad." Jack said
Ty looks down and sighs.
"Don't call him that." Ty said.
"I know you don't want to go there Ty, but she's your mom and you're a minor," Said Jack sadly.
Ty wanted to beg Jack to let him stay, but he knew there was nothing Jack could do.
"You know you can always call this place home. If you ever get yourself in any trouble you can call me," Jack said.
"Thanks Jack," Ty said Sadly.
"Clint said they will be her tomorrow morning," Jack said.
"I'll go pack my stuff," Ty said with a sigh.
He walks around the corner and up to the loft.

In The Loft
Ty is packing up all his clothes and rubs his hand over his face.
"Why can't I stay!? It's not like my mom wants me anyway.... It's only another eight months till I'm 18 maybe Jack will let me come back then...if I live that long," Ty thought. He had so many things running through his head now.
"Wade's going to kill me after what I did...." Ty thought.
He could feel the fear building up inside him when Amy walks in.
"Hey, are you okay?" Amy asked, concerned.
"What? Yeah, yeah I'm fine," Ty Said with a fake grin.
"Are you excited to see your mom?" Amy asked.
Ty shrugged, and he didn't know what to say. He knew Amy and her mom had a great relationship but Ty didn't have one with his mom or anyone in his family actually.
"You're still going to call me right?" Amy asked.
Ty turns around to see Amy.
"Yeah, why wouldn't I?" Ty said.
Ty looks down, and he is trying to stop himself from shaking. He is terrified to have to live with Wade again. Amy can see how scared Ty is when she walks over and pulls him into a hug.
"Hey, listen to me. It's going to be okay," Amy said in a loving voice.
Ty nods but doesn't really believe it.

In The Ranch House
Amy runs into the house and over to Jack in the living room.
"Grandpa we can't let Ty go back with Lily and Wade," Amy said scared.
Jack sighs.
"I don't like this any more than you do but Ty is a minor, and he's not my child I can't keep him here. That would be kidnapping," Jack explained.
"But grandpa he's so scared. He was practically shaking, please you have to do something Grandpa! You have too," Amy begged.
"Amy there is nothing I can do! He's not my kid," Jack said defensively.
There was a knock at the door.
"Grandpa no!" Amy begged him not to answer it.
Jack opens the door. Lily and Wade are both standing there.
"You must be Ty's parents," Jack said.
"Where is he?" Wade asked, annoyed.
Jack sighed not really wanting to answer the question.
"In the loft of the barn. He was still packing," Jack Said.
"I'll go get him," Wade said before walking away.

In The Loft
Wade storms into the loft while Ty is packing.
"What the hell is taking you so long!?" Wade asked, pissed.
"I-I thought you weren't coming till tomorrow." Ty said confused.
"Yeah well we're here now! Now get your shit packed and in the car!" Wade demanded.
"I still have to say bye," Ty Said.
Wade pushes Ty out of the way and just starts throwing all his stuff in a bag. He then grabs the hat Jack gave him and tries to shove it in the bag.
"Hey! Jack gave that!" Ty said, grabbing the hat.
"Oh now you're friends with the cowboy," Wade said, making fun of him.
Ty rolls his eyes.
"Well he's a hell of a lot nicer than you," Ty said annoyed.
"Yeah that's because he doesn't have to put up with your shit all the time," Wade said.
"Actually I gave him a lot of crap, and he was still 100 times nicer than you!" Ty Argued.
"Doesn't matter because you're leaving!" Wade demanded as he shoved towards the stairs.
"Now go!" Wade said shoving him.
Ty walks down the stairs with Wade behind him.
"I still have to say bye to everyone," Ty Said again.
Wade grabs a hold of Ty's shirt.
"No you're going to the car," Wade said sternly.
Ty pulls away from wade and shoves him back.
"No! There my friends I'm saying bye," Ty Argued.
Wade grabs a hold of Ty's arm and Ty fights back.
"Let me go!" Ty yelled pulling his arm back.
"I'm telling them bye!" Ty stated.
Wade tackles Ty on the ground.
"Get off me!" Ty yelled trying to punch Wade off him.
Jack and Tim run out of the house and over to Ty. Jack shoves Wade off of him.
"What the hell is going on?!" Jack asked.
Ty quickly jumps up beside Jack.
"We're leaving now!" Wade yelled.
"I just wanted to say bye!" Ty Argued back.
"That seriously what this is about!?"!" Jack asked in disbelief.
"Wade for god sakes just let him say bye." Lily said annoyed.
"Fine." Wade said annoyed.
Lou hugs Ty.
"You be careful." Lou said.
Mallory jumps on Ty.
"I can't believe you're leaving. Now who am I going to talk to?" Mallory asked.
"I'm sure there are plenty of people here kid." Ty said.
Tim hugs and shakes his hand.
Lisa hugs him.
"You be safe okay?" Said Lisa.
Ty nods.
Amy then jumps into his arms.
"Text me and call me." Amy said almost in tears.
"I will," Ty Said.
Jack then pulls him into a hug.
"You call me if you have any problems with wade." Jack said.
"I will, thanks Jack," Ty said with a grin.
Ty steps back from all of them and Wade pushes him toward the car.
"Let's go!" Wade said annoyed.
Lily, Wade, Ty all get into the car and drive away.
"How could you let him go with them?! You saw how he was treating Ty, how scared he looked!" Amy Yelled at Jack before running off with tears running down her face.
"Amy!" Jack yelled.
Tim walks over to him.
"You better hope that he's okay." Tim said before walking off.
Jack sighs.
"I didn't want to let him leave..." Jack said
"Then maybe you shouldn't have." Lou said annoyed.
"What do you want me to do?! His mom wanted him back!" Jack said guilty.
