Calling Jack

Chapter 9

(Trigger Warning )

Jack walks into the living room with Ty and Amy.
"Amy can I talk with Ty?" Jack asked.
"Yeah Grandpa," Amy Said.
She stands up and walks into the kitchen while Jack walks over to Ty.
"Ty we need to talk about what happened to you," Jack Said.
"No, no! Jack I can't! I can't!" Ty said upset.
Ty felt like his heart was racing and was so, so scared.
"Ty he hurt you!" Jack stated.
"Jack-" Ty started
" No! Ty he's going to get out unless you tell me or someone what happened and you will have to live with them again and I know you don't want that," Jack said firmly.
Ty sighs and rubs the back of his neck.
"Okay... Wade he was drunk...and pissed and Jace he protected me..." Ty started to say.

Flashback
Ty and Jace walk into Lily and Wade's house.
"Where have you two been?!" Lily asked, pissed.
"School," Jace Said, nervously.
"Well get into the kitchen now!" Lily demanded.
"Why?" Ty asked, nervously.
"Just go!" Lily demanded.
Ty and Jace walk past their drunk mom and into the kitchen.

In The Kitchen
They walk into the kitchen they see Wade who is wasted.
"TY COME HERE!" Wade yelled.
Ty starts to walk over to Wade when Jace grabs his arms and stops him.
"Jace what are you doing? You're going to make him mad," Ty said, scared and confused.
"TYLER! I GET OVER HERE!!" Wade screamed.
"He's going to hurt you, we have to get out of here," Jace Said.
Wade storms over to the and, slaps them both across the face.
"WHEN I TELL YOU TO DO SOMETHING YOU DO IT!!" Wade screamed at them.
Wade grabs Ty by the back of hair and drags him upstairs.

Upstairs
Wade is dragging Ty towards the room Jack found him in.
"No, no please no," Ty begged.
Wade slams the door and opens and throws Ty into the room. Wade storms back over to Ty and starts kicking him in the stomach repeatedly.
"Please ... St-stop... I'm sorry f-for what I did..." Ty said begging for Wade to stop kicking him.
Blood starts to run out of Ty's mouth.
Jace soon comes running in and tackles Wade.
"Let him alone!" Jace Yelled, angry.
Wade throws Jace on the ground. He then pulls Jace up and throws him out the door and into the wall. He then starts punching Jace in the gut repeatedly till Ty grabs his arm.
"Let him alone!" Ty yelled.
Wade shoves Ty hard onto the ground and throws Jace down the stairs before picking up Ty and throwing him off the banisters of the stairs. Ty falls through a wood book case and lands on the floor. His forehead is bleeding and there is even more blood running out of his mouth now. Wade starts kicking Jace repeatedly in the gut at the bottom of the stairs.
"No! Stop! Let him be!" Ty yelled weakly before he passed out.

Present Day
"When I woke up in the hospital six months later I was told th-that Jace was... dead... He's dead because of me..." Ty said with tears in his eyes.
Jack pulls Ty into a hug.
"No, No Ty, that wasn't your fault," Jack said Softly.
"Bu-but I..." Ty started before he burst into tears.
"But nothing, you were a kid and you tried to help your brother. The only person this fault was Wade's," Jack said softly.

At The Police Station
Ty, Jack and Clint are sitting at a police officer desk.
"How old were you when this happened?" Asked The Officer.
"I was eleven and my brother... Jace he was thirteen," Ty said, sadly.
"Why was Wade not still in prison for what he did?" Asked The Officer.
"My mom she bailed him out and...when I was out of my coma Wade threatened to beat me...t-to death to i-if I ever told anyone what happened..." Ty said, scared.
"Did your mom know about that?" Asked The Officer.
Ty nods nervously.
"Okay, thank you that's all we should need for now," Said The Officer.
Jack nods. They then get up and leave the police station.

That Night
Ty is sitting on the couch crying silently when Amy walks out to get a drink of water. She sees him crying and quickly walks over and sits with Ty.
"What's wrong?" Amy asked, softly.
"How could I do this! How could I let my mom go to jail!" Ty said crying.
"Ty she hurt you, she let Wade kill your brother... I know you love her because she's your mom, but she had it coming," Amy Said.
"I don't know... I hate this," Ty said with tears in his eyes.
"I know, I know, come here." Amy said, Softly.
Amy pulls Ty into a hug.
