Calling Jack

Chapter 6

In The Truck
Jack is driving home while Ty is riding in the passenger seat of the truck.
"Are you ready to be heading home?" Jack asked.
Ty nods with a half smile.
"Thanks for letting me stay Jack," Ty Said grateful.
"I told you that you could always call this place home," Jack said.
Jack pulls into the driveway and parks the truck.
"I'll help you Ty just stay there," Jack said.
"No I can do it," Ty Said.
"Ty just let me help you," Jack said sternly.
"Okay," Ty said with a reluctant sigh.
Jack gets out of his truck and walks over to the passenger door. Jack helps Ty get out of the truck and slowly walks Ty into the house.

In The Ranch House
Jack slowly walks Ty into the house, and he helps him over to the couch.
"Ty you're home!" Mallory said excitedly.
"Hey Mallory." Ty said with a smile.
Mallory runs back to Amy's room and runs in.
"Amy! Amy! Ty's home!" Mallory yelled, excited
Amy jumps up and runs out to the living room. She runs over and hugs Ty.
"You're home!" Amy said, happily.
"Yeah!" Said Ty, happily.
"We're so glad you're back Ty." Lou said with a smile.
"Yeah it's great!" Tim said.
Tim looks at Jack giving him a signal we need to talk.

In The Kitchen
"What did Ty say about his brother?" Tim asked.
"I haven't asked him yet, he's been through a lot, and he needs some time," Jack said.
"No Jack if they arrested Wade and don't know this....well he could get out," Tim said, worried.
"I understand that Tim but-" Jack started.
"No if you're not going to ask him about it, I will," Tim stated.
"Tim no, I'll ask him," Jack said reluctantly.
"Good," Tim said
Tim walks back into the living room.

Later That Night
Ty is sitting on the coach and Jack walks in and sits down with him.
"Ty we need to talk," Jack Said sternly.
"Okay," Ty Said, nervously.
Jack hands Ty the medical report about him as his brother Jace. Ty starts to read the paper gulps.
"Ty I hate to ask this but what happened to your brother?" Jack asked softly.
Ty sighs and looks down.
"Jack don't want to talk about that," Ty said sadly.
"Okay..." Jack said, understandingly.
Jack stands up and pats Ty in the shoulder.
"I'm here if you want to talk, you know that," Jack said Softly.
Ty grins a little.
"Thanks I know Jack," Ty said.
Jack then walks away. Ty lays back down on the couch and sighs thinking about his brother. When Amy walks in and sits down with him.
"Hey, how are you feeling?" Amy asked.
"I'm good," Said Ty with a little smile.
"Okay," Said Amy, happily.
"How's the new horse going?" Ty asked.
"She's good, I did a join up with her today, and she responded so well." Amy said.
"That's great!" Ty said, happily.
Jack walks back into the living room.
"Okay well it's late you two should be getting to bed," Jack Said.
"Okay Grandpa, night Ty," Amy said kissing his head.
"Good night," Ty said with a smile.
Amy walks back to her room to go to bed and Jack walks by Ty.
"Goodnight Ty," Jack said.
"Night Jack," Ty said.
Jack walks by and heads to bed.

Nightmare
Ty standing in the doorway scared when he grabs Wade's arm.
"No let him go!" Ty yelled.
Wade throws Ty back on the floor and pushes Jace down the stairs. Ty struggles to get back up and leans on the wall to walk.
"Ahh...Jace," Ty said in pain
He walks toward the stairs, dizzy and feeling like he's going to pass out.
Wade sees him and shoves him off the banister off the stairs.
"Ahh!" Ty screamed in pain.
He slowly opens his eyes and sees Wade kicking Jace repeatedly.
"No, stop let be!" Ty said weakly before passing out.
