It has been a long couple of weeks. I've learned a lot about my abilities. I'm getting pretty good at controlling wind and water. Fire is still totally out of my control though, and I haven't had any experience with earth.

I've gotten to know the other students better. I like pretty much everyone except maybe Mineta, but only because he just doesn't know when to STOP!

I really like hanging out with Jiro, Mina, and Ochaco. We can get really goofy, let me tell you. And of course, I still have to play video games with Deku and Kiri; but now we get to hang out at each other's house instead of just playing online together.

A bunch of us have made plans to get together at the mall today. It's the first Saturday that we've all had available to just hang out. I am beyond excited. I've never experienced this before. This NORMALCY of getting together with a group of friends and just be silly and goofy, and it is so awesome!

There's only one glitch, that feeling I had that I may have found my soulmate - I think it's Kiri. I mean, when I'm around him I just feel safe and happy. I'm trying really hard not to act like a total spaz.

I take one last look in the mirror. Hair, check. Outfit, check. Not even going to mess with makeup. I either look like a little kid or a clown, for me there is no in between. I skip down the stairs and yell bye to mom and rush outside to meet Jiro. We're walking to the mall together. It's not that far, and it gives us time to gossip.

We agreed to meet at the food court, and by the time Jiro and I get there it looks like our whole class has decided to show up. We all pitch in (Mostly Todoroki) and buy a variety of food, and then we all dig in.

Then, we decide to walk it off and window shop. The guys meander towards the game stores, while we girls head for the clothes. I need a new jacket anyway.

While we are walking and talking, something distracts me. I just feel weird. I don't know how to explain it, other than deja vu. A temporary cookie stand caught my attention.

A light brown hair, blue eyed teenage girl was setting up the display case. When I walked up, she stopped and smiled at me. "Hi!" She said, "Would you like a cookie?"

Jiro bounced up beside me, "Girl, we just ate. You cannot possible be hungry again." I gave her a look of horror. "It's a cookie! Who doesn't have room for a cookie!" She laughed.

The cookie girl said, "I tell you what, to show you just how incredible our cookies are, how about one on the house? You two can split it and then tell me what you think."

Jiro said, "Well now even i have room for a FREE cookie." I laughed. I looked at all the different kinds. "I just don't know which one to choose."

"How about a mint chocolate chip?" I froze. That's my favorite dessert. I looked at Jiro with puppy dog eyes. "Please!" She rolled her eyes. "Fine, but just so you know I'm more of a plain chocolate chip fan."

The cookie girl laughed and handed us a big, beautiful, warm, gooey cookie. I broke it in half and handed Jiro her half. She took a bite. "Not bad." I took a bite. Heaven.

I thanked cookie girl and continued on with the girls. When we were about to walk into a store, I turned to get one last look at the cookie stand. I hesitated, I could swear she had one blue eye and one green eye. Must be a trick of the lighting. Weird.
