I wake up in the middle of the colosseum, with chaos all around me. I see Uncle Shota, Todoroki, Bakugo, Kiri, and Mido all fighting in the center against a big brain monster and a blue haired guy with hands all over his body. Wow! This is not what I expected.
I hear someone behind me ask if I'm okay. I turn and see a guy in a ball cap and sunglasses handing me a bottle of water. I take a big gulp, and say thanks.
He sits beside me. "If only you were out there. I bet you would be unstoppable." I shrugged. "Too bad your uncle gave you a sedative to keep you out of danger." I turn and stare at him. "What!", I yell. He smiles. "Ask him if you don't believe me.
He hands me a card with a phone number on it. "If you need anything, just give me a call. Always happy to help. After all, we're almost family."
He gets up and walks away. I go back to watching the fight. Out of the corner of my eye, I see him slip out the door, with a huge smile on his face.
That evening at dinner, mom and dad don't even ask any questions about today. I guess they already know what happened. That just makes my mood even worse. I don't want to talk to anyone, so I just head to my room.
For the rest of the week, all everyone is talking about how awesome their fights we're. Great, just great. Uncle Shota tried to explain about having my memory blocked out and sedating me because I panicked, and how it's all for my own good. Yeah right.
Every so often, I reach into my pocket and feel the card. I've got the number memorized, so I don't even need it. But I've kept it anyway. Finally I've had enough. I make the call.
That Sunday morning, bright and early I stand waiting in front of the big blue gate. I take my bracelet off and stare at it. I'm tired of it. I'm tired of the secrets. I'm tired of the lies. I'm tired of the over protection. I'm stronger than anyone is giving me credit for.
I hear the crunch of footsteps behind me. I slip the bracelet in my pocket. I turn around and see baseball cap guy walking towards me.
The guy stops in front of me and takes his sunglasses off. His bright turquoise eyes are sparkling. He smirks at me. "Name's Dabi.(I'm aging him and toga up Dabi is 38 and toga is 26,s/ she doesn't like deku amber does) So, are you ready?" I take a deep breath. I might as well be.
I turn around and use the key I swiped from Uncle Shota to unlock the gate, then shove it open. I'll show him. I'll show them all. I turn to Dabi, "Let's get started."
