Player: Chapter 9

**Cameron's POV**
"I swear I'm killing his ass!" Ray shouted.

"Dude calm down. I'm sure this all is a big misunderstanding." I told Ray.

"No. No he's doing something to make her how she is now. I'm killing his ass the second I see him." He said. I sighed.

"Look man. I think your going a little to hard on this."

"What ever. I'm going to a party. Wanna go?"

"Sure. Conner! Wanna go to a party?"

"Uh sure. Can Beth come?" He asked.

"If she wants." Ray said. Conner shrugged his shoulders and walked up to Beth's room.

They later came done and met with us.

"Are you ready?" Asked Cameron. She whispered in Conners ear.

"Uh. She said she's ready. And she's not talking to you." He said.

"Whatever." Ray said. I looked at Conner and frowned.

What? He mouthed. I shook my head and walked away. I walked to the car and got in.

When we arrived, we all climbed out and walked to the house. Ray was greeted by his friends and so was I. Conner walked away with his friends and soon Beth met up with the wall. She didn't really know anyone there, so she just leaned against the wall.

"Hey Cameron."

"Hey Ray. Are you drunk?" I laughed.

"A little. Look I need you to do me a favor."

"What's that?"

"Keep an eye out on Beth? Knowing me, I'm already tipsy and I won't be able to catch up on her." He said.

"Okay. I got your back." I said.

"Thanks Cam. I'm counting on you buddy." He said and walked away. I kept an eye out on Beth but watched as she didn't do anything.

"Hey Cameron. Wanna drink?" This hot blonde came up to me and gave me a drink. I looked at Beth one last time and pulled my head back and took a drink of the whine cooler the blonde gave me. I made a sour face know even knowing the drink was a little strong. I looked a Beth and didn't see her.

"Aw shit!" I swore. I ran off and looked around for her. I couldn't see her anywhere. Great. Ray trusted me and hoped I'd keep an eye on Beth. One minute she's there, the next she's gone. I gotta find her before Ray notices she's gone and I'm not around her.
