**Beth's POV**
I didn't want to talk to Ray. He's an ass and it was my fault. He didn't have to get up in Matt's face. Douche bag.

I didn't really wanna go to a random party I didn't even know people there. I just leaned up against the wall and got on my phone. I looked around and always saw Cameron watching me. It got really annoying. I shook my head as he took a drink. I walked away and pushed through people to get myself a soda. But I was tripped by someone and fell. I looked up and saw a person telling me he's sorry.

"It's fine." I said. He helped me up and thanked him. He even gave me twenty bucks since he felt bad for tripping me. I giggled a little and walked away. I walked to the kitchen and couldn't believe my eyes. Matthew was standing in the kitchen making out with some blonde girl with her legs wrapped around his waist. He turned his head and looked at me. His eyes quickly filled with hurt which I don't know why. I saw a knife and picked it up.

"You jerk! You said you'd change! I should've known it was too good to be true!" I yelled and threw the knife. I missed them both and watched Mat push the blonde one off of him and tripped over water.

"Beth. Let me explain."

"I don't care! You told me you'd be the perfect boyfriend and show me. You lied to me! I don't ever want to see you again!"

"Please Beth let me explain."

"Just go away! Leave me alone." I cried. I walked to the door and opened it feeling the cold hit my body. I shook my head not caring that it was freezing outside. I walked down the street and around the corner to get home. It got a little colder as I got closer to home.

My phone started vibrating in my back pocket. Matt was calling but I denied his calls. He'd call every second. And I'd always denied them. I got closer to home until a group of guys came out of no where.

"Hey babe. Came to see us?" One guy said. I made a disgusted face and kept walking.

"Come on. We can have a little fun. Right boys?" He said and they laughed.

"Hey. I said we can have fun." He said and touched my arm.

"Let me go!" I shouted. He wouldn't let me go and kept pulling me to a dark creepy alley.

"Let me go! Or I'll get my brother on you!"

"Oh like you brother would do anything." He said. All of a sudden, a grey car came from no where. I recognized the car from anywhere. I smiled a little thinking he'd saved my life from these boys.

He got out the car and walked to them.

"Let her go. Now."

"Who are you? Her brother?"

"Let's not worry about who I am. Let her go." Matt said through gritted teeth. The guy tightened his grip on my arm making scream in pain.

"Let her go!" He barked.

"Or else what?" He said. I looked at Matt. He balled up his fist and punched the guy in the face knocking him out cold. I looked at Matt as his eyes turned dark. He had hate in his eyes and looked like he didn't want to be bothered at the moment.

"Get in the car." He said. I didn't hesitate and did. I walked to the car and got in. He backed up and got in soon after. He started the car and drove off.

We got on a road I wasn't familiar of.

"Where you taking me?"

"My house."

"What? No I wanna go home. Ray kill you if he finds out Matt."

"I didn't hear a thank you for one." He said.

"Thank you. Now take me back!"

"Back there? Are you trying to get yourself killed?" He asked.

"I meant home!"

"You are going home."

"Not your home Matt. My home." I frowned. He rolled his eyes and kept driving. I didn't say anything else. I sat in the car dosing off here and there. Until my sleepiness won. I fell asleep with my knees pulled up to my chest as I was cold.

When we arrived at Matt's, he woke me up and told me we were there. I looked out the window and saw a neighborhood that looked fun to stay in. I unbuckled my seatbelt and got out. Matt walked to the door as I followed behind him.

"You can stay just for the night." He said.

"Good. I plan to." I said coldly. I walked through the doors and saw a small chandelier hanging above my head. I wowed in disbelief.

"This is your home?" I asked.

"Yep."

"No it's not." I joked.

"It is." He laughed.

"The bathroom is down that hall to the left, and my room is done that hall to your right, and the living is right over there." He said. I nodded him in thanks and walked away. I sat my jacket and small purse on the couch. Matt came in with a pair of shorts and a t-shirt.

"I thought you'd be more comfortable in these than sleeping in that." He said. I walked to him and took the offer. I smiled and walked to the bathroom. When I walked in, I saw a small picture that changed photos every so second. I smiled as I saw Matt's mouth covered in chocolate and smiling from ear to ear.

I took my jeans off and my shirt off and tossed them on the floor. I pulled up the shorts and the shirt over my head and walked out the bathroom. Matt wasn't around. I walked to his room quietly and peeked through the door. He was sleeping already. I looked down the hallway and saw nothing but darkness. I opened Matt's door a little and put my clothes on the floor by his dirty clothes hamper. I walked to his bed and pushed him easily to where he was on one side. I climbed in bed and put the blankets over my body and snuggles my body in the warm bed.

"Your welcome." I heard a sleepy voice say.

"Thanks Matt. I was hoping you'd save me." I said.

"You were?" He asked.

"Yeah. And you did."

"I don't know what I'd do if I heard about it and I didn't follow you."

"You were following me?" I giggled.

"Maybe." He smiled. I smiled and snuggled my face in his chest and fell asleep.
