Mei attempts not to panic as she tries to find an exit to black room that her and the band are in. Luke screams and bangs on the walls, Reggie watches silently and Alex cries while hugging himself. Mei sees Alex in distress and walks over to him. She silently wraps her arms around the taller boy and comforts him. He hugs her back tightly, scared that she will disappear. Alex and Mei have always been closer than the rest both finding comfort in each other when their parents didn't except them for being homosexual. They were each other's rock.
Suddenly the band hears their music being played in the distance. They all stand up and search for the source. Next thing they know they fall on the ground. The band groans in pain as they get up and dust themselves off.
Mei looks around and senses a feeling of familiarity while looking around the room. The guys turn around and see a teenage girl. Everyone freezes. The girl screams loudly scaring the band making them scream also. The teenager continues on screaming and runs out the studio. The band looks at each other in confusion.
"Well that went well," comments Mei.
"How did we get back here?" asks Luke. They all shrug their shoulders.
Mei walks around and looks around. Everything looks so different yet the same. 'How did they move in so fast? Where is the rest of our stuff?'
"Guys, how long were we in that room?" Mei asks the guys.
"I'm not sure. I assumed an hour, maybe two," replies Reggie.
"This is so freaky," whispers Alex.
"Let's look around and try to find our stuff," says Luke.
The rest of the band agrees and split up and search around the studio. Mei walks into the far corner and sees her chest. She reaches to open it but stops, as she hears footsteps and whispering behind her.
"Are you still here...whatever you are? I know I saw something. I'm not crazy" says the girl from before.
"Well, we're all a little crazy," Luke says. Mei brushes a curl out of her face and watches the scene in front of her. The girl starts to scream. Mei wills herself to go over their and ends up teleporting beside Alex. 'Woah, did not know I could do that'
"Oh my god! Please stop screaming!" says Alex covering his ears.
"Who are you, and what are you doing in my mom's studio?" questions the girl. Mei was able to get a good look at the girl. Her hair was curly and in a ponytail while glasses were worn on her face. Multiple necklaces hanged from her neck and small hoop earings dangled from her ear lobes. Mei looks down and notices the big monster slippers and couldn't help but laugh.
"Nice shoes Princess" comments Mei with a smirk trying to hold in her laughter. The girl looks down and blushes, her checks tinted a slight red.
"Your mom's studio? This is our studio," replies Luke gesturing towards the four of us. "Trust me, my- ok the grand piano is new and-and-and" Luke tries to speak as the girl threatens him with a badazzled cross. "My couch!" he says as he laughs and flops on the black couch. He looks behind him while sitting up. "That is not my six string." The smile that was once on his face disappeared. Mei shakes her head slightly while spinning her fathers wedding band, finding comfort in the cold metal. "Can you give us one second?" Luke asks walking up to the girl. The girl keeps her arms in front of her still holding the cross in her hands.
"Just give us one second. Thank you," Luke says as he makes his way over to his friends. "Guys. what is going on? How did she get her stuff in here so fast?" Luke whispers.
"Maybe she's a witch. There's chairs on the ceiling" Reggie whispers pointing at the ceiling making Mei look up.
"Ok there is no such thing as witches." says Alex making Mei nod her head in agreement.
