After going to bed early the night before, I woke up early the next morning, well earlier than usual. I know you're probably wondering why and my reason: The Quidditch season had begun. And I was thrilled. I looked over to Hermione's muggle alarm clock and saw that it was 5:30 am. I soundlessly got out of bed and put on some comfy muggle clothes. I grabbed my bag and headed down to the common room, seeing it was empty I carried on through and hopped out of the portrait hole.

"Where are you going so early?" The fat lady asked me as I left the common room.

"Oh, hello, um can I tell you a secret?" I replied leaning forward slightly, she nodded.

"Well it's kinda my first Quidditch game today, but since I'm a first-year it's supposed to be a secret," I said grinning widely at the woman in the painting.

"Oh, well good look dear," She said.

"Thanks! Oh, and what's your real name? I find it rather mean that people call you the fat lady, you're actually quite pretty," I asked, smiling kindly at the portrait.

"Oh, Thank you, no one's ever called me pretty before. It's Mary," she said smiling gratefully and slightly flustered at my compliment.

"Well I'll see you later Mary, I'm off to visit a friend," I said waving goodbye to Mary and walking down the corridor. I walked down a few more corridors not really knowing where I was headed until I stopped dead in my tracks. My head quickly turned sideways towards a suit of armour, I squinted my eyes and a smirk slowly made it's way to my face. I crossed my arms still staring at the suit of armour,

"I know your there," I sang smirking still. Something came wheezing out one of the arms and a pouty Peeves was now in front of me.

"How'd you know I was there?!" Peeves asked me sulkily. "I was trying to scare you,"  he said huffing.
