I sat beside Flora who looked more excited than me. Binombahan ko ang katawan ko ng pabango kanina at akala ko'y hindi ako magiging conscious pero nagkamali pala ako. The moment my eyes darted on the man wearing a black mask and a baseball cap, bahagya kong inamoy ang sarili ko para masigurong mabango pa ako.

Geiko lit up his face and smiled at me after greeting my friend. Inilahad niya ang upuan, "I hope we're not disturbing you both.."

Umiling si Flora. "Of course not! We're both free and bored."

Umirap ako. Nang malaman niyang inaaya ako ni Geiko kanina'y nakailang skip siya ng routines. Nagmamadali pa dahil sa kanila. Pati tuloy ako'y nadamay. Kakaunting pawis lang ang nakuha ko at hindi pa nag-enjoy!

I looked at Hunter. Ginalaw niya ang frappe gamit ang kamay niya. I saw his tatts on the side of his ring finger. Isang itim na sleeveless hoodie ang suot niya at sweatshorts na suot niya din kanina. I can't see his face properly because of his mask and his cap. Of course, he needs that.

"So, Amber.." Geiko started. "I think this is the best time to ask for your number again."

"Huh? Bakit?" nilingon ako ni Flora. "Hindi mo ba binigay?"

"Binigay ko, Flora." pagtatanggol ko sa sarili at luminga sa waiter na hindi pa binibigay ang iced tea na kailangan ko ngayon.

"My bad, Amber. Someone accidentally deleted it.." makahulugang sabi ni Geiko at nilingon ang kaibigang parang hangin lang sa aming tatlo dito.

He shrugged and took out his phone just to close his zone against us. Inayos niya ang cap niya at nilipat ito patalikod. Now, I'm seeing his forehead and serious eyes looking at his phone right now.

I smiled. "Ayos lang.."

"Today's your both day off?"

Si Flora ang sumagot muli. "Yes. Bukas din.."

"Talaga?" he smiled at me. "Do you have plans for tomorrow, though?"

Nag vibrate ang cellphone ko. Hindi ko iyon pinansin dahil nagkatinginan kami ni Flora. She grinned at me.

"Wala! Libreng libre si Madam bukas.." pambubugaw niya.

Ngumiwi ako. "Well, I suddenly planned to visit something tomorrow."

Sinipa ni Flora ang paa ko. "Visit what? You didn't said anything about it.."

"Biglaan kasi, Flora." palusot ko.

"Around here in Manila?" Geiko asked.

Tumango ako. "May titignan lang ako."

"Sayang naman.." kumamot sa batok si Geiko. "Maybe I'd ask you to grab lunch with me next time?"

My phone vibrated again. Hunter shifted uncomfortably on his chair and looked at his manager with a sharp stare. Tumikhim siya at hinulma ang matangos na ilong sa itim na mask na suot niya bago ako lapatan ng tingin.

I nodded and glanced away from his stares. Ngumisi ako kay Geiko. "Sure, Geiko.."

I looked at my phone to see my notifications. Bumungad sa akin ang dalawang text galing kay Bench.

Do you have plans tomorrow?

From : Bench

You better don't.

Kumunot ang noo ko. Is this a wrong send or what?

Nagtipa ako ng mensahe habang inuuto ni Flora si Geiko sa lakad ko bukas.
