Logan glared at the Sides from the top of the steps. He could see Virgil and Patton talking shit about everyone, Roman silently writing in a notebook, and Janus shivering while dozing off on the couch. Tch, pathetic. They don't even try to stand up for themselves or anyone else.
He rolled his eyes and got the shit he needed, wanting to get it done as soon as possible so Remus won't suffer for too long. Not that anyone but himself would see or even seem to care about Remus' well-being. Oh well, they'll figure it out once the two duck out. Maybe Janus and Roman will come to their senses and join them. Maybe not.
Oh well, they did that to themselves. He's tired of helping them.
"'Mus..? It's Logan, I'm coming in.." Logan spoke softly after gently knocking on the door. He received no answer, not even a hum of acknowledgment.
His eyes widened when he saw the passed out of bleeding Remus on the bed. He checked for a pause, sighing in relief when he found one, and quickly worked to remove what's causing the damage.
The thread was hard to remove, even after he managed to cut the material into pieces for easier removal. The amount of blood that came out of each puncture wound was enough to make Logan dizzy. He dabbed cotton balls coated with rubbing alcohol onto the wounds. He ran out of hydrogen peroxide, give him a break. Besides, rubbing alcohol is gentler on the skin.
Remus whimpered quietly, but his body felt too heavy to move away from the pain. His moth was in pain but he could move his head away. Was this what death felt like? Having no power over your own body?
Logan began to hum softly as he applied a thin layer of Vaseline on each puncture mark. Remus, from what he figured out a few weeks ago, was allergic to Neosporin, so he had to use Petroleum jelly products as antibiotics. He gently wrapped sterile gauze bandages over the hurt boys mouth to stop bleeding and so the wounds could heal.
"You're so much more than the others let you show, Re.." Logan whispered as he placed the stuff on the nightstand before laying down next to Remus and wrapping a loose arm around him. "Hopefully, Thomas figures out your importance before we fade away.."

Shut Up |Remus Angst|
FanficRemus spoke too much. Or, at least, that's what he figured Thomas meant when he yelled at him to shut up. Maybe he thought too deeply about it. Maybe he shouldn't have taken Thomas's words to heart.. Or maybe he just needed to learn when to shut...
