CHAPTER 17✨THE CURSE

Orion's POV

Have you experienced continuing to breathe even though there's no one left for you to continue fighting for your pointless life? Well, I do. But I also realized that Bshbsha's still here for me and of course our sacred gem.

But now the ache in me is somehow dull as if I'm slowly being tortured by someone yet only applying enough pressure to be an annoyance. After a moment or so, it would be pleasant yet soon it would be just like this pain of mine.

When I was finally able to let go of my parents, I decided to get on Bshbsha as we both fly a distance away from my beloved planet.

"My heart belongs to Jupiter. It is beauty; it is a wonder; indeed heaven by divine design. Its lifeforms evolve and every Jupiterians love for it would be eternally absolute. In this wide universe, there can be no finer planet for any species than their natural home. Don't worry, You'll get over the justice you deserve." For several times now, I feel like crying but no tears can be seen flowing from my eyes.

I caress Bshbsha for a little while before I told her to go nearby the place where those cruel human being's life. My hazelnut eyes glowed fiery as we approach towards Earth. Even the gem in my ring seems to glow along with my anger.

I stared at Earth, and it seems peaceful. But in every second drop, the more I felt my grief, anger, and pain builds within my whole being.

"Sooner or later, you will not be able to manage to breathe. Soon you will not be able to stand up for your rights and the rights of others. Soon you will not be able to save your dearest Earth. You will not have the chance to change your world into the paradise you all wanted to have. All planets deserve to be taken care of, but you filthy humans ruined ours. Now without hesitation, I will take away what should Earth deserves." I took a deep breath, I and Bshbsha are not enough to defeat Earth. But I couldn't help myself from this dark aura that fills within every inch of me.

I touched my ring as I felt the excruciating pain every time I blink. "Breathe now, Die later. Soon you will not be able to wake up nor to breathe. Just like how you treated every Jupiterian's lives."

It was too late to realize what I have done. There was a blinding yellow light that blasted throughout the whole universe. The black aura which surrounded me earlier was nowhere to be found. My whole body shivers right after I saw the outcome of my unexpected chant.

I have been studying magic and spells ever since I was a child. I love learning every single detail about it, even the dark ones. But I never dared to try it because I know how dangerous it could be. But now, I was too late. I haven't noticed that I have lost my control over my body, my mind, and my soul.

Right at this moment, my eyes witnessed how the planet Earth was destructed. Its lively colors of blue, brown, yellow, and green earlier disappeared all of a sudden; As if it was drained away from the planet itself. Oh poor Earth, how unfortunate.

But there's a part of me which became relieved, "Now that's what I call a fair play." A sudden smirk drew on my lips as I caress Bshbsha again. I know she was also shocked but she might be happy too.
