Chapter 8

Niall’s POV

-Morning-

Niall: “I won’t be home for her birthday!”

I say to the boys.

Liam: “It’s okay Niall.”

Niall: “No it’s not! I’m a horrible boyfriend…I should fly her out here! She can stay with us for a couple of days.”

Harry: “Niall you know management won’t let us do that.”

Niall: “I know…I’m a horrible boyfriend.”

Louis: “Mate, you’re not a horrible boyfriend. You have to do this. She understands that, you know she loves you.”

Niall: “She could do better.”

Zayn: “She doesn’t want anyone else. You’re the best for her. You guys are head over heels in love, it’s obvious and the fans love her! They think she’s gorgeous and they like how she is one of a kind.”

Niall: “Of course she’s one of a kind, that’s why I love her.”

Harry: “Just Skype with her all day until rehearsals and sound check and text her whenever you can, she knows you try your best for her.”

Niall: “I know. What if we can have the concert live on TV? We could broadcast it and I could make a whole speech about her! She could watch it and we could sing a song and I could dedicate it to her!”

Zayn: “You’ll have to ask…”

Niall: “I will!”

I run off to find Paul.

Niall: “PAUL! PAUL!”

Paul: “Yes Niall?”

Niall: “Paul can you do me a HUGE favor?”

Paul: “I guess.”

Niall: “Well…I was wondering if you could try to get one of our concerts broadcasted on TV?”

Paul: “Why?”

Niall: “For Arianna’s birthday, I’m not going to be there! Please Paul!”

Paul: “I can try…”

Niall: “THANK YOU PAUL!”

I shout and hug him.

Paul: “Be a bodyguard for One Direction they said. It will be fun they said.”

He mumbles as he walks away. I laugh at him, he loves us. I run back to the room where the boys are and I plop down on the chair.

Niall: “HE SAID HE WOULD TRY!”

Louis: “That’s great Niall.”

Niall: “I KNOW RIGHT!”

I was really happy. I wanted to do something really special for her, she was my girlfriend and I love her and she needs to know that.

About an hour later the boys and I were playing something on Xbox bantering and Paul walks in on us. He was on the phone and he approaches us.

Paul: “Niall, what day is her birthday?”

Niall: “August sixth!”

Paul: “August sixth.”

He repeats into the phone and he nods and talks a bit, a couple of ‘mhms’ and ‘okays’. He hangs up with a ‘Thank you’ and puts his phone away.

Niall: “What’d they say?”

Paul: “Nickelodeon said they would, they are going to broadcast your whole concert that night for the viewers. They are working on a big commercial already.”
